Simple, you just right click, and then click 'Page Info' if you're in Firefox, or 'Properties' in IE, and the URL should be there. And if it still doesn't work, just try using people's review lists links.
And I'm not sure why some links just link to the same BBS thread, and not just to a 'page not found' page or something.

Sometimes the clipboard can be a pain in the rear. Try actually right-clicking the URL and selecting Copy when you copy it out of the Properties window.

Heh. Yeah, you'd have to be justified in order to register it. Usually if you're a previous list maintainer, or if you've got a good idea for a list, or if you're a generally well-respected user, then you'll get a code. As for the installation problems: all of my Newgrounds programs are relatively new. I've been using a new version of my programming language, and this new version requires new support files. You have to install the Microsoft .NET Framework. There's instructions on my NG Stuff section.
