I think somebody told me yes, but the last time i checked for myself
some mods wouldn't delete them. If they are, that'll help my whistle status a lot. :]

I think the rule for adressing another review is just so that people dont say OMG THE COMMENT FROM *insert username here" IS F*KIN G*Y. GO GET A LIFE YOU...... and so on. the review you have is just saying that the person below is just talking about something different.

Hmm, but even so, the comment he's referring to seems to be deleted, and the comment itself has nothing to do with the submission.

I think it may be abusive (insult to author, not reviewing the movie at all, etc) but I dunno.

Agreed. Reviews should not comment saying that submissions do not deserve awards.
