Just thought I'd let you guys know that caps lock reviews are not against the rules, so you will probably not get positive whistle points for flagging them.

I had emailed liljim about this and just this moment received this message from him.

"There's nothing in the review guidelines that prohibit that sort of stuff at the moment, but maybe there should be."

That interesting, I figured differently because since it's not allowed on the bbs in the rules, I must have assumed that the rule guidelines for both reviews and posts would go hand in hand when coming down to similar issues like caps. I'll keep that in mind for now, but for the most part, people who write multiple reviews in all caps usually aren't very good reviewers. But fair is fair, I mean, if the reviews weren't actually abusive, should you really be punished for using caps lock?

Too many. My advice would be to only flag the ones you know are going to be abusive, because I think you get negative points for every unsuccessful flag. It's pretty obvious which ones are going to be abusive... they're the ones that advertise outside websites, or (as Maus pointed out) use racial slurs or abuse the author.

Also, you can't tell what your current whistle points are. I was told once that a mod could find that out (if there're any out there, could you clear this up for me?), but apart from that, you can't. HIH.

Fair enough. Some people are disgusting. If there's one thing I still can't understand it's racism, I just can't comprehend that someone would think they're better than someone else because of cultural difference or even just skin colour. I won't forget that one review he made... >:(
