The only person with a gold whistle right now is TheOppressor (used to be named thejoe324). It is possible to get a gold whistle, but for the most part, you most likely won't ever have it. There is just too much of a huge gap between silver and gold unless you continue to mark reviews/movies abusive at an extremely fast rate for a long period of time, and hope that you may get it. But don't get your hopes up.
