You fail, I'm Athiest, and I don't believe in the Big Bang.
What is the name of this religion.
I would like to convert.
Here's how the universe really began.
In the beginning, "before" the universe (because there was no time then), there was nothing. Nothing is the lack of something. But since there was no something, there was nothing to lack, so nothing did not exist. Because nothing did not exist, that means that something did exist, even though it didn't.
As a result of this logical paradox, an unimaginably small amount of matter appeared. Now something existed, period. However, in the smallest unit of time that the universe formed (time now exists, you see), the universe had grown at an infinitely large rate (from nothing to something). Were it not for the limited resources of the unimaginably small universe, it would have grown infinitely large. But it could not. It instead only grew to enormous proportions. Thus, the big bang occured.
And that's how the universe began.
