Congrats to:

stafffighter on his promotion to Elite Guard Sergeant Major (39th)

since the last update of the list.

Welcome to:

not a soul

Farewell to:

here neither

DANGER ZONE:

Well, no one, really. Blam list is much more active around #50 right now (and so is the combined, with dl_Monk about to knock Mike off).

Greg's Notes:

... well, due to popular demand, a quick update. Plus the fact I'm out of mind and can't sleep and so forth. Don't expect another update till a ways into August, please.

You may check out the most recent Top 50 Blammers List by clicking the link I just posted. Enjoy comparing the lists to each other and to the Top 50 Combined B/P List. People on both the Top 50 Blammers List and the Top 50 Protectors List are denoted with ***.

Yeah my average is lower this week due to a fair amount of time spent visiting Katy in hospital (no she hasn't given birth, but the pregnancy is causing fainting fits so she's not safe at home) and looking after Grace. Still, I should hit the top 50 within 2 weeks.

At 7/24/03 07:19 PM, D0GMA wrote: Denvish is likely to break 2k protects sometime tomorrow.

Yeah my protect/blam ratio isn't too good. It started off at 50:50, but seems to have dropped drastically over the past month or so. I ain't picky about what I vote on though, and the Portal still needs the trash removing...

At 7/24/03 07:19 PM, D0GMA wrote: Also, you folks are all going on vacation, but Denvish is due to have another little girl within a week (for her sake, I hope she's just like Grace in that she gets her look from her Mom ;) )

That's funny, everyone says she's a splitting image of me 8 )

and is likely to experience a bit of a slow down himself.

Yeah, not only that, but the good news for you lot is that I'm being forced into getting a job shortly after Eve's birth, so daytime voting will be out the window. Probably starting 18th Aug, so hopefully I can make a decent dent on the top 50 by then and be a good way towards that Gold Badge. I'll still vote evenings but I should imagine my average will drop to around 30, or possibly less

Even at 98 per day, if you could sustain that day after day for weeks and even months... it would take quite awhile. #;-}>

Huh... never heard of pregnancy causing fainting before. Hope she didn't hurt herself in any falls, and gets better soon. How many more days until the likely due date, anyway?

I used to have over 1000 more protects than blams. Now I have 200 more blams than protects. It ain't just your ratio that's falling to the dark side, it's everyone's (except Afterburner, with his 2000+ protects and <200 blams... and of course, TooCool, with his ~4000 protects and <100 blam). :::nods sadly:::

Sorry, wasn't specific enough. I didn't mean you in particular, it was a general comment.

No, she didn't hurt herself but she was out for 10 minutes before I called the ambulance and another 15 before she regained consciousness - and it's happened again twice (for shorter periods) while she's been in hospital. She had a similar problem last pregnancy, but was only out for a few seconds each time back then. They reckon the baby's lying on something and cutting off air/blood, but they've scanned both her and the baby several times, and found nothing wrong.... hmmmm.
The official due date is 6th August, but it's looking unlikely she'll carry that far.
Hope that's enough information to bore you... oh well better go sort Grace's breakfast out - god knows what we would have done if I was working....

Glad to hear she's okay. Yeah... as long as she didn't stop breathing, I suppose the faints aren't too dangerous. Probably just a dip in blood to the brain from a pinch caused by the baby or something, like they think.

But anyway. Nah, it's not boring. I don't mind hearing about pregnancy and babies, as long as you don't get too into details about diaper changing. #;-}> I'd like to be a father someday myself, but no time soon (my parents had me and my sis in their mid-late 30s, and that worked out great... I'm only 26, no rush here).

Congrats to:

TheJoe234 on his promotion to Elite Guard Major General (4th)
Crono- on his promotion to Elite Guard Lieutenant Colonel (8th)
XkwiziTOnE on his promotion to Elite Guard Second Lieutenant (22nd)
leeboy105 on his promotion to Elite Guard Praporshchik (31st) &
Mystboy on his promotion to Elite Guard Master Sergeant (49th)

since the last update of the list.

Welcome to:

N/A

Farewell to:

DANGER ZONE:

GSX_Boy seems fine. No one is near him, so no one threatens.

Greg's Notes:

Movement on the list this week was fairly sparse, but:

I passed DrMSM for the 5 spot. With 11,000+, 10,000+, 8,000+, and 7,000+ saves needed for the 1, 2, 3, and 4 spot, I think I'll be here for quite some time. Especially with saves being in short supply and high demand. Unless thisisasignin donates 500 saves to me or stops voting. #;-}>

Crono- pushed past vuorimies for #17, and he seems poised to leap past 16 and 15 relatively quickly.

leeboy crept upwards, swapping places with HAQnSPITT for #23

Spancker's on the move, he hit #26

simply_forgotten passed poor ol' redrum for #34

D0GMA passed the recently-departed-from-the-top-50-combined Mike277 for #42

and finally, ImportRacer666 passed GreenVein for #45

It's true ... since I "came back" I've seen way more crap then usual ... is it a failure of the last Fulp's "reclassification" of the quality? Or just a wave of especially crappy movies? Well ... anyway it's our job to get rid of them.
