Wow, at first I thought it was going to suck, but then it started getting really good. I love how he put him in a suit and gave him a haircut, lol.
I think the sound quality needs to be better though, try changing it from .mp3 to ADPCM.

Go into the Publish Settings... (File>Publish Settings)
Go to the flash tab.
Go to Audio Stream, click Set, change .mp3 to adpcm.
Go to Audio Event, click Set, change .mp3 to adpcm.
Click publish.
Ctrl+Enter, and hopefully it will sound clearer.

There was some great stuff in there but some points seemed a little scrappy.
I didnt like the way the bodys were just drawn with the circle tool, it made the legs look really odd. I also thought that while it was pretty clever and funny to use the mouse it didnt really realte to pico very much and he didnt actually do much.
I loved the way he was made to be wearing a suit and stuff but it just seemed like all pico actually did was get the mouse out of his pocket. Also the arrow drew sometimes instead of usingf the pen tool.
I liked it but I think it could definately be tidied up.

It takes about 2-3 hours for me to get about......3-5 seconds of animation done. And its going to be a total of 90 seconds. Im 50 seconds in. Lots of work to do.

Lol, for the past 4 days I have worked 10 hours each day on it. (no school this week, woot)
And yeah, right now I'm at one part that is only 34 frames of FBF, and so far I have been working on it for an hour, and only have 6 frames done.

Whooaaa... Thats insane bro! 10 hours a day! How do you do it! I am a fairly fast animator and last night I did 15 seconds in about 2 hours or less... Still got a fair ways to go though!

Well I have to finish 3 scenes within the next week. I have just been very pumped and for some reason very inspired to just animate all day. I've animated more in the past 4 days than I have in the past 3 months, lol.

I suggest using Swmill. It's a fairly efficient SWF linker.

Haha, the voiceactings really good, most bits are well animated. Personally i dont like the old guy, looks scruffy, also some angles on pico make him look wierd. Other than that very good, i love the bit where he swings him up the chimney. lol. My $0.02.

Yeah, the whole point of Pico Day is that it's Toms birthday, and it was when Pico's School was submitted.
Basically all of the entries are birthday presents for Tom, so why give them to him early?
