The only reason you didn't get into the club I think. If you had been posting a bit more and letting us know you're still interested, you would have been fair game, for sure. The only reason I didn't nominate you myself was because I thought you had all but left the forums!

Bah, so have I. It's not a good feeling, I know, but the only thing you can do is take it in your stride and forget about it. Somebody has to be the last poster, after all.

So yeah man, up your posting frequency a bit (participating in the conversations we have in the level up! topic would help) and you'll have a good chance at becoming the next member. ;)

Drimarki was our best blammer/savior and could have been one of the top EGSCs if he didn't have to leave the site. spancker knows the history on this better than the rest of us.

Drimarki first appeared on one of my updates on 26 June, 2003 with 7447 BPs. He now has ... 7447 BPs. He disappeared, the way spanckerand skum do ... they just periodically resurface and Dri never has.

I think spancker said it something to do with his schoolwork. Why did you respond to D0GMA's post and tell j00bie to thank me??

I remember what happened to Drimarki. At first, he was a regular poster, but the had to leave NG due to some poor grades or something like that. After that he'd sneak on occasionally, but eventually left permanently.

Yeah, he brought home a bad report card and his parents blamed his frequent computer use. I remember him saying "Once I actually slept at night. I missed some b/p's, but I was so refreshed that day." I didn't say anything, but I was really surprised. After he'd left, he sent me two emails about a sig idea I had that he also wanted to use, but I never did see it implemented. I doubt we'll ever see that Korean legend again.

Anywho, I dunno about it being slow moving, as I didn't participate that much. I'd been coming to NG for awhile before then, and noticed the option to sign up, so I went ahead. All I did for the first couple of years after that day (2/18/00) was vote on some movies, get a bit of exp, and play and watch flash games and movies every once in a while.

I didn't review anything until late 2002, and didn't get any b/p until early 2003, didn't post until early 2003, etc. etc. etc.
