Yeah I did, I've stated previously that I wouldn't mind joining and saw no need to repeat myself.

Well, i feel that jonthomson would definitely be a good addition to the club. In fact, the way he helps out, he is an 'unofficial' member really as he does all the duties well but just isn't in the club.

My vote goes to Jonthomson.

Well, the reason I didn't do it that way when I first started the list is that with all the dates and everything I've put into the list, if I put the names at the right it would be:

which to me looks kinda weird. I could swap the ID# to the left (or to the right) of the names, but... then the NG date and WIHT dates are kinda weirdly placed to the left.

I dunno, I don't think there's any way to format it perfectly. I suppose I'll go ahead and try it the "usual gfox list way" right now. Tell me which you prefer, this one or the one at the top of this page:

Okay, okay. I'll try to stop my perfectionism. There's no way to make the column headers match up perfectly with the actual data columns, since some of them are wider than the date columns, but... it looks good enough and you can tell what everything refers to, so it's all good now.

Glad you like the new format. Still waiting to hear what jon has to say. I'm gonna guess he prefers the new way as well, but I'm open to suggestions. Or maybe I should just stop fiddling with it for now. In Feb it'll be expanded again when we add a new member, anyway, so... there ya go. #;-}>

Anywho, I forgot to mention earlier, but perhaps we should discuss the voting process for Feb. As I mentioned already, there's probably going to be 4 possible new members. If we want to continue doing just one at a time, then there are several ways of conducting the voting. Vote for just one as Recon prefers, vote for however many you want and we see who gets the most overall, or some sort of scaled voting system (3 for the person you want the most, 2 for the next, 1 for the next)... simplest would indeed be choose one, but anywho, just wanted to open that up to discussion. We're free to do what we want, after all.

Yeah, it looks better. Suppose for you and me you could put _'s in as opposed to leading zeroes in the user ID#, but that's the only thing I'd suggest.

I think it would be a lot simpler if we just drew up a shortlist of potential members and then everyone already in the club had one vote. It would be simpler to tally the votes up and prevent confusion. Just my opinion.
