Same here. It worked for Cena so why not?

I adore this gimmick so much. It's ace every single time, and this is the best one since In The Air Tonight.

Scottish adult-only wrestling, with a heavy comedic side to it.
ICW just had their biggest show of the year (and of all time, as it happens), Fear and Loathing VIII, back in November, and crowned a new champion after Drew Galloway's (formerly McIntyre of 3MB) year long reign ended. Good a time as any to get into it.
I've also never seen someone be as over as Grado in this match:

Here's Galloway being established as a monster in about 30 seconds after returning from WWE, too:

Grado was treated like a joke in TNA.
Drew Galloway was suppose to be the next big thing in TNA. I guess not, if he is working for a different company.

I've been meaning to watch it for ages, but there's just only so much wrestling I can watch.
I watch NXT each week, WWE PPVs, and ICW's bigger shows (since they put absolutely barrels of content up on their streaming service, could never keep up with it all). Dropped Raw a while back and I'm enjoying wrestling more because of it. Just gets stale when you're watching so much of it.
How does everybody watch RAW? Do you watch it live with friends, or tape it and watch it alone? Does anybody watch it and discuss it on the internet?

Rarely watch it anymore, i mostly watch some highlights on Youtube and read articles about what happened.
I've mostly been watching PPVs lately, going to streaming sites because i'm a poor greedy asshole.

I DVR Raw and Smackdown. Thanks to fast forward/skip I can get through Raw in 1-2 hours depending on how much filler they had in an episode.
RAW was boring last night, as it was expected to be. The highlight was when the New Day had a funeral for their broken trumpet.
BTW, do not pay for Royal Rumble. Roman Reigns is the number one spot and will very likely win it.

I go to it, watch it and re-watch all with @Meliz1241 ! It's the best!

Also @DoctorStrongbad Reigns doesn't have a shot, Triple H will come in at entrant thirty and mop him up for the championship.
Perhaps Kane and Undertaker too?

Triple H will win the championship? Reigns has to have it to fight Lesnar at Wrestlemania.

Nah, man. Lesnar's my pick for number 30, he'll win and have his last run with the title.

I was thinking the same thing, but after Raw, it's feeling like Lesnar is a red herring. They may actually be setting him up for a mania match with Bray Wyatt.
They have been super quiet about HHH for a while, so count on him being #30 with reigns still in the match.
I think there will be bigger stories than who wins. Over half the entrants this year are part of a faction. There's bound to be some faction feuds started up. Also, there should be more NXT guys pop up then legends this year. And if AJ Styles debuts, they will want to make him look strong.
Anyone could actually win the thing, just because this year the winner doesn't guarantee the wreslemania main event. Reigns could win the belt again on Raw and the rematch would be the selling point for Fastlane, making it less of a throwaway than usual.

Yeah and then it will come down to Triple H v. Lesnar at Mania. This will probably be the last we see of Lesnar for quite some time, but this is just my prediction.

I dunno, I think Lesnar is being set to take the Undertaker's slot, where he's the guy that shows up for a big wrestlemania fight and the title doesn't matter as much. I'm predicting Lesnar feuds with the Wyatts for mania.
There hasn't really been many long-term story leading in to Mania EXCEPT the Reigns/Authority angle. I expect HHH shows up late in the program, and with the help of Vince and maybe Steph, wins.
If you've followed the story they've been TRYING to tell leading up to this, Reigns has constantly questioned HHH's ability to fight since he put on the suit. I think Reigns will keep goading him about not being able to beat him man-to-man until he gets his rematch at Fastlane (or even on Raw).
That said, I don't see HHH as the main event at mania. So if it does play that way, I'm betting at Fastlane, Vince and whatever goons are with the authority at the time try to interfere, only to be dispatched by the unexpected special guest, Mr Dwayne Johnson. We know Rock is going to be at Mania, just not what his role will be. This will put him as either Roman's corner man, or possibly have him actually wrestle HHH.
I would love to see the latter since those two guys really made each other, and would be one of the better legends matches in recent years.
Kevin Owens is my dark horse pick. They finally got their new babyface over, but now they have to build up the next big heel. HHH will make a good short term opponent, but he's not going to be on the active roster full time ever again. All the other guys they would normally go to are either out of contract or injured, so they have to use someone they can get over fast, and Owens is really the only guy they haven't COMPLETELY buried with bad booking.
Totally! I want to believe Brock Lesnar is going to be the new Undertaker but I just can't have faith in that because of how expensive he is to keep on. Not only that but he only shows up for Raw in the beginning or end, not even sticking around which I can respect. The dude and I have similar thoughts on big events lol
I can't wait to see how this Royal Rumble plays out and now that you mention the Vince angle, I wonder if Vince will participate in the Rumble!
As far as Triple H main eventing he practically did at last years with Sting. even though it wasn't considered the main.
Speaking of WCW legends I am willing to be that Goldberg is going to come back at the Rumble. If not Goldberg then maybe Gillberg lol
The Smackdown before The Royal Rumble tonight. It will be a two hour advertisement for the PPV and a RAW recap.

WWE is becoming the best indie promotion in the world.
Anywho, who're your picks for the winner of the Royal Rumble? Mine's Brock.
Any surprise returns you'd like to see? For me it would be Bryan, if he does enter he's my new fav to win (even though he probably won't BUT I WANT TO BELIEVE DAMN IT).

It will be sad, but it will probably be Roman Reigns. I would rather see Brock, or even Bray Wyatt. I would also except Triple H if he is the surprise this year.

I agree. I think Brock is leaving with the belt tonight.

I'd want to see someone truly unexpected and insane like Goldberg or Jeff Hardy.
