I really hate Hornswaggle. I am so tired of this crap. One of these days Chavo is going to go nuts and puch somebody in creative. This was never funny! Stop the stupidity now!

On the up side I now know when to leave the room for any reason...

Raw has been decent so far. Hope it doesn't dive in this hour.

- WTSB Radio here in North Carolina reports that TNA star Daniels was arrested on DUI charges this past Friday in Smithfield, NC after being pulled over for a traffic violation and his breathalyzer test registered an 0.14 BAC. He was released on $2,000 bail. Here's the blurb from WTSB with his mugshot:

A professional wrestler was arrested on drunken driving charges during a traffic stop Friday in Smithfield. Daniel Christopher Covell, 39, of Palmdale, CA, who is known by his ring name of Fallen Angel, was charged with driving while impaired after police said he registered 0.14 on the Breathalyzer. Officer J.A. Calzaretta Jr. stopped Covell's 2009 Dodge Charger in the 2300 block of South Brightleaf Boulevard for a traffic violation, which led to his arrest. Covell was released on $2,000 bail.

Ok, you know my biggest problem with Raw currently? We were lead to believe Mike Adamle would be GM, but there's no sign of him coming even in the next two weeks. What the hell >:(

On a serious note, I thought Vince Russo was booking TNA, not that final segment of Raw. So many nonsensical swerves. The rest of the show was alright though, barring Hornswoggle, so it's definitely an improvement on previous weeks.

Anyway, OMFG, Randy went nuts. I bet NOBODY expected that to happen!!

</sarcasm>

On a lighter note, I loved the Texas Bullrope Match or whatever it's called. Heh heh...Chavo doesn't deserve better.

Hehehehehehe...the kid from Home Alone hit him in the head with a bucket.

Anyway, I hope Jeff comes back before December...or better yet, on the day I go to SmackDown! 'Cause just one Hardy isn't good enough for me. I mean, Jeff just had to leave right when the Hardy Boyz were reuniting!

Don't say you weren't disappointed, everyone was.

I wasn't cause I was never a big Hardyz fan, E & C yes, Dudley Boyz absolutely. Hardyz? Yeah no.

RAW sucked, always does, the burial of WCW was insane though too. Again it's insane that these morons would spend time and money making a DVD about WCW and then spend airtime that should logically be used to promote it burying it and saying "hahaha, WCW sucked so bad didn't it? What a lame ass company...BUY THE DVD ALL!!!"

I just got a copy of some classic Memphis from Highspots featuring Terry Funk (including the infamous empty arena match) and Stan Hansen among others and it's just baffling to me how far away from any semblance of a product like that WCW is now. This obsession with being more then "wrasslin" has absolutely killed RAW. That ending was ridiculous too. I was good with it up until Orton RKO'ed Dusty. I'm just sitting there screaming at Cody to go stand up for his dad, show some nuts, for fucks sake. But you know how that'll end right? Next week he'll be right back in there sucking Randy's dick and doing what Legacy have done since they started associating themselves with Randy. They are absolute bitches.

Also on the topic of Jeff, initially he was released in 02 because of suspicions he had a drug problem and refusal to go to rehab as he was showing up late, increasingly difficult to motivate, and in general seemed to be out of it.

So again, Jeff has a long history of problems with drugs and is not in fact a guy that is all about wrestling. This hiatus though in fairness seems to be more about him being able to play with his band, and pursue a reality series. It's probably going to be similar to the Jericho hiatus in that regard (though not necessarily in length) or perhaps all that will take off for him in such a way that he'll be like the rock and never come back. But all signs do point to him being back eventually.

ECW wasn't bad last night. The talk show segment ran a bit too long though. Atlas laughing like ed McMahon was amusing at first but got annoying. I did laugh when he blurted out that Katie was hot. Awkward yet amusing.

I felt it was a little strange that they showed highlights of the Taker/HBK WM match. Sure Taker is returning to SD this week but they could have used that time to have another match. To be fair I still haven't seen that match as a whole so seeing the highlight was good.

Wanna start talking about their music as well as SD!, ECW and RAW? Just a suggestion, 'cause I don't exactly like having to wait four days to post something new.

I don't watch ECW, even if it has William Regal.

BAIT AND F'N SWITCH!

That's all I can say about ECW last night. After all the hype it got on RAW, I expected that we would get the full Taker/HBK match. Instead, we got a four minute music video.

Goldust vs Sheamus was pretty damn good, and Goldust continues to impress on ECW. I'm hoping he gets a run with the ECW title at some point.

Alright, let's talk music for a bit. I know you have only recently started watching so I can't really ask about past music, so...What is your favorite theme?

For everybody else: What is your favorite from the past and the present?

For me I always enjoy the classic WWF/WWE themes. I really liked the ones without the words, the music was able to get me pumped and ready for a match just by hearing the tune and nothing else. It's tough to pick just one too... I guess as far as main event guys go, Stone Cold's theme never failed to get people to go crazy, but I'd prefer the Rock's theme for the actual melody. The creepy classical music for Mankind was cool as hell though. As far as the lower card guys? TAKA. His theme is pure win. I love that f'ing song.

Current stuff... I like Mark Henry's theme but my current favorites are Kofi Kingstong and Miz in terms of music. SOS is so good that it was the only song I bought off that album, and since I'm a fan of punk rock, the Miz's theme blends into that area. As far as main event guys themes...CM Punk's I guess. The other ones just don't get my attention like the older themes did.

I can't really speak on older themes, but I have to say right now my favorite theme is Tommy Dreamer's. Something about it just get's you ready and you KNOW who's coming. Finlay's last theme was good too, it seemed to fit him well, his current one fit when he was with hornswoggle, but not now that he's alone. I think he should change it.

I kind of like Orton's old music. I love Metalingus for Edge, definitely my favorite for the present. When it comes to classical I'd go with One of a Kind for RVD.

Speaking of music, I have one of the older WWE collections from when I was a kid. The one where Rock recorded a gospel song about pie. Poor me didn't know what he meant until I saw American Pie in seventh grade. Funny stuff.

Yup, I've got the Pie song on my iTunes, along with a bunch of wrestlers entrance themes. As for favorites, I've always liked Sabu's, RVD's one of a kind, Voices by Rev Theory, Edge's themes... Ah screw it, have a picture.

I hate Voices, but Legacy's entrance music is awesome. The start of their music just gets me pumped. Triple H's is good for the same reason, but I prefer the old version of the song, not done by Motorhead.

I'd say Bret Hart's music is the best old theme. It kind of disappoints me every time I hear the Hart Dynasty's music, because it's not as good, but they start the same.

Taker's never had bad music, and I love D-Generation-X's still, after all this time.

It has been good, but I'm pretty sure the idea is to turn Sheamus into an ECW title contender.. not Goldust.

As for music, I have a couple WWE compilation cds from over the years.
I always liked Tazz's entrance.

Anything with a sudden recognisable beginning is good.
Stone cold's these pretty much defines what I'm talking about there.

You know I forgot an important one. One of my favorite enterances of all time..The Brood. Seeing them rise up through a ring of fire with that awesome music never failed to get me excited to see them in action.

I like the ones that have a clear opening that you can recognize too. A current one that is decent would be the "YO YO YO!" intro bit for Cryme Tyme.

I really like Legacy's theme right now, it was so good i made it my ringtone lol

Dolph Zigglers is pretty cool, cant find a full clear version of it though, Big Show and Jericho's newest theme is pretty good.. I like The Brian Kendricks theme, and Edge's theme too.. Alter Bridge are an amazing band

not a fan of Voices.. it doesn't sound terrible, but Burn My Light was WAY better, even though orton didn't care for it..

i saw it on a recent post and i gotta agree, one of the best themes from the past has to be the broods theme, dunno why i like it.. but when ever it plays.. i just get right into it

The looks of sheer disgust from the audience at Punk were fucking priceless. Don't think I've ever seen anything like it. It took me a minute to realize what he meant by 'having a vice like an anaconda', lol. :P (Let's just see him try that on Taker.)

Either way, I should have known there was a reason why the match was going on for so long. It was probably the best match Morrison has been in yet.

It's just the nature of the beast. ROH has hit the phase ECW hit in 99, where they're guys are just getting beaten down and succumbing to time and injuries. They need to make the real money now before their careers are over so they're taking the big money while it's being offered to them. Being a King of The Indies is nice for the old ego, but it does very little for the checkbook. ROH is going to have to perhaps scale itself down a little and work hard to develop that next crop of talents...who will probably also be promptly taken away from them. There's worse things in the world then being a very profitable indy with a good "graduation" rate for their guys to the big leagues.

Wow. That match between Morrison and Rey ROCKED! It was like getting a PPV match for free. Sucks that Rey got suspended but at least he and Morrison got to put on one hell of a show to give the IC Title a boost. Plus this means that Morrison will fave Ziggler at the PPV. I'm sure those two can put on a great match as well.

Man Punk was on fire tonight. He is doing a hell of a job getting people to hate him. Him dressing up like Jeff was icing on the cake.

Is it me or does it look like Matt isn't at 100%? He seems a bit slower and heavier. I think he may have come back a bit too soon from his injury.

I think he mentioned on his Twitter that the doctor cleared him in six weeks, but advised he doesn't start training again till eight, and wrestling till twelve. But Matt's always been a pretty tough guy so it hopefully wont do him any harm and he'll be back to his best in the near future.
