I don't think that sounds funny at all. I think it's kinda rude. Why would it be funny? Cuz he's vertically challenged? That's pretty fucking mean. Regardless if wrestling is fake or not, I don't like the way they're going about hornswoggle. It seems like they're demeaning him on every show. Especially the time when they have the mini RR for him. I that it was cool, but kinda mean at the same time.

My bet is that he will face Umaga at WM since both men have nothing to do right now. There is also a chance that Y2J will be thrown to the MITB match. But if that is the case, you have Umaga spare. In conclusion, I see Y2J vs Umaga at WM.

Agreed, wrestling 101 is the babyface beats the scumbag heel who has screwed him over repeatedly at the big show. I just hope this leads to a nice long Edge/Taker program and they don't immediately do more Taker/Batista stuff.

He will join Jeff Hardy and Mr. Kennedy in the MITB. Wait, I checked out "The WWE Slammy Awards" The Top 10 Moments, and the Top 1 was when Mr. McMahon had his own musical and he sang "Stand Back", in 1987.

Batista is a mediocre wrestler, and I hate that they keep putting him with Taker just because of his size. I guess it aint as bad as when they had Kahli squash him, tho.

So I heard X-Pac tried to hang himself, then got put in rehab. Scary stuff, I hope he can turn his life around. Scott Hall is said to also be in rehab, paid by the WWE.

I sure hope Matt Hardy comes back soon, they need to start hyping his match with MVP. I think they had him out longer so he could take care of not only his appendix surgery and recovery, but also to take care of any nagging injuries he may have had. Although his case was more severe than mine it took me about four weeks to feel better after my own appandix surgery, so I know that he is over that by now.

That's exactly what my bro said, they could have a rivalry.

I liked the whole.. JBL Y2J rivalry. They should use that again. Have y2j help out finlay against jbl and mcmahon

Batista keeps getting put with Taker because Taker gets good matches out of him.

I still love both of em tho. I think Hall was awesome back in his prime and Ive always though X-pac was a good cruiserweight

True, and Bastista is
DEFINITELY no Kahli, I mean the guy can wrestle, but I like when they mix it up. A feud is one thing, but when they keep putting the same 2 guys in a match again and again and again it gets SO OLD. Its making me not like Batista.

Happy birthday Ric Flair! And coincidentally, me too ^_^
Any bets he gets embarrassed on Raw tonight?

I sure hope not. Happy Birthday dude!

I'm looking forward to Raw, I want to see what they are going to do for teh rest of the WM card. The buildup for their superbowl of wrestling is usually when they really turn up what they do.

Wow lots of birthdays this week. Hope you all have a happy one! :)

Since we were on the topic of Flair, do you think we will find out who he will face at Mania? With Benjamin in the MITB, I would have to go with either HBK or Jericho. Neither have a set opponent or anything yet, and although I don't think it should be Shawn, Jericho could indeed use the momentum. That and it would be a match I'd like to see.

Now that I think about it, I'd also like to see a HBK/Y2J rematch as well. They put on some awesome matches when they fuded a few years ago.

Raw wasn't too bad tonight. The Hardy and Jericho match was definitely the highlight. I laughed because I was able to see them talking to each other after Jeff did the Whisper in the Wind. Great finish. Plus we had the trade of words with Y2J and Regal.

I was also happy that Kennedy hit the Mic Check on Cena. I wasn't too happy that he was booked to tap after one second in the STFU.

Also, King throwing his crown at Maria made me chuckle. All and all it was an alright show.

I wonder if Vickie will send a letter to Armando asking him to send someone to Mania to represent ECW in that brand supremacy thing? Nah, I'm just kidding, I know she won't.

It almost seems like they're maybe moving away from that whole simulated incest thing already don't it? Burchill asking for the Mania slot and using Katie Lea as bait to try and entice Regal...all for that, all for THAT. Anything that keeps that act from getting into the land of super gross and destroying careers makes me happy.

Agreed whole heartedly. I'm glad to see Burchill back on tv, so keeping the gimmick out of the incest bit is what I want as well.

Regal and Jericho's banter was pretty funny, especially when they alluded to the "Tea Incident" during their fued they had years ago. Jerocho and Jeff Hardy really had an awesome match, each one showing their toughness as both kick out of some hard hitting moves.

I guess D.H. Smith has been demoted to jobber. Thats what happens when you do drugs kids.

Anyone eles feel like the McMahon/JBL segment was like an episode of Maury? I half expected him to show up and say "Vince you are nto the father" prompting Vince to do the "I don't have to pay child support" dance.

True, the ending will be just as horrible as the storyline had been. But thank god it's almost over. Don't care how bad it looks, I mean really there is just no way to finish this storyline in any graceful manor anyway. So let the horrible stuff come if it may and just be happy that it's nearly done with.

If this leads into another 'Vince vs. his actual family' thing again, well hopefully that will at least go better. Not that I enjoy those story lines all that much ether, but anything is better than this one.

Anyone else find it a bit weird to see Kofi and Kelly Kelly team up against Santino and Layla? This match they are going to have tonight doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me...

There is a triple threat tonight between CM Punk, Burke, and Benjamin to find out who will face Chavo for the title next week. Should be a good match.

I'm looking forward to tonight, more of the Dreamer/Colin story, and of course Stevie's winning streak!

They're probably trying to get Kofi into WM somehow. This may be the start of a feud? Maybe his first match that he loses.

I'll be pissed off if CM Punk wins. I was really hoping for Kane to get a shot at it...

I hope Dreamer/Colin win soon. They're losing far too many. Didn't they win once? Maybe not. I dunno, but they need to win. Stevie, well, I haven't watched wrestling long enough to really know him, so I don't really care for him...

Nah I don't see that hurting him. They had a good match, but I did think it was dumb and obvious to pit Jericho against a guy that was already qualified for MITB, what about putting Jericho against say, Umanga (I like the Regal way of saying it that much) and then when Umanga loses, he rips shit apart and Regal says "wait wait, I have this letter from Vickie Guerrero and you're going to be able to take that anger out on some wonk from SD! at Mania". I'm not downing the Regal segment they did do, I'm just saying this was another option that didn't have Hardy lose, maybe put some more emphasis on Umanga, and would avoid some of the confusion Hardy losing has caused as some people seem to think he lost his MITB spot (he didn't)

I sense heavy sarcasm. :P

ECW was pretty good last night. Dreamer and Colin finally got a win against the tag champs (earning them a shot at the titles next week), Stevie getting a win over Knox, fun opening mixed tag match, and of course the main event.

I don't say this often enough: Tazz is awesome. He was so funny last night, when he tried to sing "Peter Cottontail" I couldn't stop laughing. Then when Joey questioned it... great stuff.

Santino trying to do Layla's ring enterance was damn funny too.

First of all, a face vs face match up really did not make too much sense. Let's face it, Jeff will probably win the MITB suitcase and cash in around SummerSlam. As much as we love Y2J, he is probably not going to be a WWE champion again for the rest of his life, and now you had Jeff --- a guaranteed WWE champion in the future jobbing clean to someone who is not and will not be in the title hunt? Nonsense!

I really don't think Jeff was hurt from losing on Monday. He is already in the match and has huge momentum. He lost a match on regular broadcasting for a match he has already qualified for. Y2J would have been hurt more if Jeff one. The whole match would be pointless if Jeff one.

Agreed, it's a one off match people will forget, especially if Jeff wins the case, and cashes in to win. It also gives WWE a potential set up if they decide to turn Jericho down the line so now he has video footage to go "hey Jeff, I beat you, you owe me a shot".
