Stranger things have happened. And judging how pissed they are about the leak that Jericho is returning, theyre prolly gonna have him come back on raw, partly because all the smarks are saying he'll return at a PPV, and partly to boost ratings on USA, apparently the network is a little bit more than concered over the dismal ratings raw has been bringing in lately.

Thats just a hypothesis, tho.

Also, I know it's TNa related, but is it wrong for me to laugh when I watch Jeff Jarrett beat the shit out of a fan for real?

Never mind that now as he was released from TNA.

Raw was ok. I have to admit I chuckeled a few times during the Coach/Hornswaggle match. But everytime I take a good long look at what's going on, I can't help but consider that angle with the bastard son to be a huge letdown.

Also disapointing is that Carlito has seemingly been dubbed a jobber now. I can understand WWE wanting to break in new talent, but don't they have local guys they can call for that? Why they mess up a guys career like this is beyond me. Kennedy too is getting such a crappy push that it hardly counts as one. It's not really moving forward if all you do is lose.

Booker T sounds like the more logical guess to me.

I guess it would be kinda cool to see Lesnar again, but he strikes me as a guy who isn't reliable anymore.

Wow that three way tag team feud is actually getting interesting. The writers should build it up a little more and try and get a TLC match in. In speaking of tag teams, Cody Rhodes and DH Smith would make a pretty good team wouldn't you guys say?

At 10/30/07 you guys wrote:

Stuff about these guys:
Paul Wight

Too uninterested in wrestling to make a comeback. The man has simply lost his passion for the biz.

Bret Hart

I fucking WISH. Greatest wrestler of all time, taken down by a stroke and can never wrestle again because of Goldbergs fat, clumsy foot. Im so glad William Regal Embarassed him by shooting all over him at a live show.

Booker T

Yea, most likely one to be the mystery man.

Chris Jericho

Nope. He's signed to the WWF. Thats why Stephanie is tarding out on the creative team, cus smarks leaked it onto the net.

Hulk Hogan

Another possible choice. He didnt quit wrestling cus he was burned out, he walked from WWF cus McMahon insulted him by saying "I cant afford to pay you 1980's main event money anymore because you arent half the draw you used to be." OUCH.

The Rock

Too busy getting typecasted as either a tough guy in impossible matrix situations, or tough guy in impossible family situations with his dismal acting career. If he comes back, itll be to WWF, but since his latest flick didnt bomb, I dont think we'll see him in wrestling again any time soon.

Sid Vicious

OH SNAP! And by that I mean when he DESTROYED HIS FUCKING LEG.

Paul Wight

I doubt it bro.

Hulk Hogan

Maybe.

Booker T

Most likely.

Sid Vicious

Will come back to the WWF, if he ever gets in the ring again.

Yer guy's hypothesis are AWESOME, and Im hoping personally that its the 5 time-5 time- FIVE TIME WCW CHAMPION! CAN YOU DIG IT, SUCKAAAAAAAAAAAAAA?

I hope that helped.

Well, due to the above statement, the part about Fatu/Rikishi might be a no-go.

Out of curiosity, is that Lawler related to Jerry Lawler?

At 10/30/07 03:51 PM, The-Redangleprince wrote: The partner has been described as a former "WCW and WWE Champion", so it can't be Lesnar or RVD.

At this point, it can only be one of a handful of talents

Paul Wight
Bret Hart
Booker T
Chris Jericho
Hulk Hogan
The Rock
Sid Vicious

As a matter of fact, unless I'm mistaken, I believe that this list here names all the possible partners. Now lets whittle it down, considering that Jericho is on his way back to the WWE and theres absolutely no chance The Rock or Bret Hart are coming back.

Paul Wight
Hulk Hogan
Booker T
Sid Vicious

Out of those four, its interesting to see that only Booker was NOT a World Champion in every promotion he ever worked. He wrestled for the GWF at one point with his brother, capturing the Tag Titles, but never their championship. This could be an oversight TNA has made, so It doesn't neccesarily DQ him.

Of the other 3, I'd have to say the most likely would be Sid. Reports have been coming in, left and right, about him getting into shape and wanting to get back into the swing of things. Paul Wight has been moving away from wrestling lately and Hulk Hogan has too huge a price tag, so Sid seems to be the most likely and logical candidate.

Damn about Lesnar, but luckily it still doesn't mean that he won't show up soon. As for Booker, he had BEST not fuck his shtick up this time. I don't know Sid or Wight (although Sid rings a bell), but Hogan, on top of being too old for it now, he already has an upcoming gig as host for the new American Gladiators, so I'd rule that out. I guess all signs point to Booker atm.

That was indeed immature, but I really love that Tommy came out and did that. Rag on Tommy as a worker all you want, but Tommy is a truly class act in this business that he never forgot where he came from, and that was truly a great treat on the show for me. It really looked like Tommy and Guido were having fun out there, and I think it was a nice, fun little match. Hated the Battle Royal because my feeling is Henry should have eliminated Kane earlier, and then Kane eliminate Henry, with Big Daddy V getting the win, or at least lasting longer then he did, or needing all three guys to throw him out. How do you say BDV is this dominate force when an SD! mid-carder in Kane can threw him out here? Logic mother fuckers!!!

CM Punk had a good last ECW title match, it will be a shame when they put the belt on Morrison next week and a waste of potential. Like I was discussing with my buddy and fellow ECW mark as we watched this show, why the hell don't they use the whole talent exchange idea to give Punk some fresh SD! contenders to work with? Hmmm? What about CM Punk vs. Rey Mysterio? How about CM Punk vs. Matt Hardy? CM Punk vs. MVP? Edge when he's back and healthy? Finlay? I mean, there are so many guys that Punk could have great matches with, new and innovative matches that could help restore credibility to the ECW title and help elevate Punk and maybe whoever he's working with? Oh right, that'd be too much like elevating a guy and a show they don't seem to care about. But watch when they put that title on Morrison if that isn't exactly what happens. I hope like hell they don't, and that creative realizes Punk is probably the only thing on that brand people care about, but logic is very, very hard for these people.

The thing with ECW, is there is a small roster, less main eventers, and only one title. Nunzio would do well in SD! with their cruiserweight division. Kelly Kelly won the battle royal, so in Raw she could actually wrestle as a Diva. There is so much wasted potential there. We've seen all the main eventers vs CM Punk in title matches now. So the idea of having a SD! crossover to have matches with CM sounds great. Personally, I'd love to see him against Edge or Rey Mysterio.

Speaking of returns, do you think they will hype up the return of Edge, or will he just show back up and attack?

Sting's tag partner is none other than fellow nWo member Scott Hall. I've never heard of the guy, but my neighbor IMMEDIATELY knew who he was. So this looks like a reunion for the group.

Now, can someone PLEEZ tell me where Rikis......er, Fatu went?! There's NO WAY TNA would've let him go unless something major happened; all the fans weere glad to have him back. Also, can someone tell me what all this stuff that's been released on TNA Mobile's about, like the 'hostile takeover' thing, more big names being brought in, etc.? Fatu left as far as I know, and I've heard nobody in the back is particularly crying about it, apparently he was a pain in the ass.

Scott Hall? UGH!!! What is the fucking upside to bringing Hall in? Even for one match, Hall has nothing going for him whatsoever at this point. I guess this is Nash and Jarrett doing him a favor for a check but I'm sorry, if they want TNA to be profitable and a real wrestling company that's taken seriously, they have to make good decisions. Stop bringing in guys just because you want to give your buddy a payday or a playground to use because WWE won't take them, established some new talent and have the veterans get them ready and make them bigger and better. Why is this so hard?

Because some of said veterains won't let enyone take their spot no matter what the state of the company is. Just look at how WCW fell apart and you can see a prime example of it. TNA needs to learn from this mistake and make sure they have some young stars to be able to shoulder the company when the time comes. They used to have that start in AJ Styles but it seems he's been de-pushed so much that he isn't that important anymore.

Hell WWE could use a kick of common sense as well. These recent injuries should have told them that their top stars aren't going to be around forever.
