I have to agree that WWE should really learn from what happened this week and realize that if they just had more solid wrestling blended in with the over the top story stuff they like, they'd have the best of both worlds, and they could maybe gain back some of that ground legit sports takes from them. But I figure after this week, it'll be on to the next big overarching angle, and it'll be business as usual in Stamford again.

It seems that Daniel had Fragile X Syndrome. I thought the members of the club would be interested in further developments

Outlaw, I totally agree about the tag division. I'm hoping London and Kendrick can find a team to rival with, and bring the tag division into an new golden era.

I wonder what the new storyline will be, assuming it starts next Monday (since Smackdown didn't really deal as much with the whole McMahon-death thing). I can't recall a time in recent memory where such a major storyline was scrapped entirely, although I'm sure it's happened before.

Well, at least it can't get any worse.

Of course, that's what I thought after the whole Katie Vick thing.

Nitro should not have lost to Cena, FACT!

I know Cena is the face of the WWE, but people have been shitting on Nitro ever since it was announced he would face Punk, and it only got worse when he won the ECW title. So instead of letting Nitro get a victory in his first match as champ, he jobs to Cena (for 146th time). A non-title loss would not hurt John Cena at all, it would have helped restore some credibility to the ECW title.

But no, we couldn't have that, WWE had to show once again that RAW>>>>>>>>ECW. I know it was a competitive match, but I still think Nitro should have won the match.

And as a side note, BIG-UPS to Avie for his post in a certain thread in the General forum which shall remain nameless.

They should make Nitro drop the whole "I'm a Rockstar" thing and give him some ECW calibur(sp?) matches like Tables, ladders, and chairs to show off his inner power which we know he has. He'd be really good with those matches and if he lost the Title and worked his way back up to it, that could rebuild the legacy of the ECW Title.

Wasn't the Katie Vick storyline scrapped? I remember hearing Triple H talking to Kane about it on Raw one week and the next week it was no more.

Have to agree, Nitro is the RAW job guy who's now a champion, if he had beaten Cena, it would have showed Nitro was a legit guy to the fans, and maybe they'd start taking him seriously. Yes he's a heel, but heels still need credible wins or else they have nothing. Nitro is a great worker thrust into the main event because of politics, do I believe he can carry the ball though? Absolutely, but you have to give him the chance to do it.

The WWE never gave an ass about Nitro. I am sure that he will lose to CM Punk very soon. Do not complain when he jobs to Cena, because even HHH and HBK would have job to superman. In other words, Cena = Hulk Hogan in Vince's eyes. Thus, everyone has no choicenut jobbing to him. P.S: I have known that Batista will face Edge again in a non-title match-up this Friday. Does anyone see Batista getting more chances for the gold until he finally wins it? I do!

It was stupid for them to move Kennedy to Raw since he had a logical fued with Edge. Now after Batista who do you think could be the best contender for him? Matt Hardy is a logical choice, but since this is wwe we can forget about logic. When Taker heals that is a ready made fued as well, and of course when Rey gets back that can work too.

I think Batista will just smash Edge, so he doesn't lose any credibility. I think the WWE should stick him back with Rey when he comes back. To be honest I can't see him doing anything else right now.

How's this for advanced thinking: When Rey comes back, Batista aligns himself with Rey, and helps Rey on the hunt for the WHC. Then, when Rey finally gets it, Batista eventually screws Rey, leading to a heel turn and an auto set up feud.
Of course, I don't want Batista in the hunt for any top title, and I like Edge as champ, but whatever.

You can count me in the WWE club. And while I'm here, for my first order of business, does anyone recall Chuck Palumbo? He does dark matches sometimes, and has a sweet ring entrance.

It's funny since last time we saw that guy he was involved in a gay wedding gimmick with Billy Gunn.

Post again and we will make you an offical member of the club.

No, I think it's something that will go into storage for awhile, but whenever there's a feud where Michaels or H needs help, the other will come out and we'll get another DX run and they'll sell some merchandise. That's a cash cow that WWE can milk for a long time to come if they do it right.

My god I think we all remeber that, didn't that guy Rico have something to do with them?

Rico was their "fashion instructor" or something like that. We actually saw him after that as part of FBI when they were a popular faction in 2003. After that, Chuck was traded to RAW and eventually dropped completely from the roster.

This has nothing to do with WWE, but I have to mention this...

Eddie Colon (Carlito's brother) vs Christian Cage
Abyss vs Sabu (Hardcore match)
Carlito vs Abdullah The Butcher (Hardcore Match)
Even fat-ass Scott Hall is going to wrestle!

And its the Bruiser Body Memorial Cup!

Simply put, this is one of the biggest shows in Puerto Rico in a long time. And I'm going without a doubt.. Just a few more weeks to go!

Never seen Carlito's brother in action. Is he any good?

Abyss vs Sabu (Hardcore match)

We have seen that before but those two can sure as hell put on a show. That match should be very good.

Carlito vs Abdullah The Butcher (Hardcore Match)

Holy crap!!! Abdullah the Butcher still wrestles? Isn't he fat as hell or something?

Even fat-ass Scott Hall is going to wrestle!

Scott Hall has always sucked. But he is a classic nWo member.

BTW did anyone catch IMPACT! this week? The whole hour was the no DQ TNA world title 3 way dance match. The match was an instant classic in my eyes.

About as athletic as Carlito, maybe even more.. But he's really the one that's always wanted to be a wrestler, not Carlito.

Holy crap!!! Abdullah the Butcher still wrestles? Isn't he fat as hell or something?

Pretty much. Maybe he's eaten too much of his ribs, but he can still put on a good Hardcore match when need be, and he always puts on a show when he's over here.

I saw the match on Thursday, and despite some people interfeering, it was made a good match. This is somethig that TNA should do more often, put on longer matches. It was good to see that Kurt Angle can still go for a long time when the situation arises.. I would call in the best ME in Impact history.
