I need to comment on something about Boris Alexiev. I hate it when they give a belt upon their debut. Even on the occasions when I know who the wrestler is I still am against it. To me they have not earned it, nor have they shown that they can handle that possition. Now when you take into consideration that almost no one knows who this guy is and that makes it worse.

I hope this isn't a setup for Umaga winning the ECW title. Though it would be nice to have it and its champion on the brand it's from. That could, oh I don't know, add some continuity and value to the brand.

It did kind of feel like that "super hero babyface puts over the new guy as his buddy" type of deal. Problem is, I don't think Lashley really have the ability to give anybody a rub yet.

Well, there's ONE way to dethrone King Booker; I guess they tried to have him go with a shred of dignity, but it got Tombstoned out of him. :P Good, now hopefully, the writers'll let him go back to being Booker T when he gets back. Is it a legit injury?
EDIT: Never mind, I guess it is legit.

You're all right - Batista/Taker rematch at Backlash, sure enough. Nice to make it a Last Man Standing one; there should be a lot more blood this time around - and who doesn't like bloody fights?

With the above statement, I know everybody thinks Batista's been slacking off, but it even seemed like he was trying harder last week, even to me; I guess the WWE management may have finally gotten to him.

"I WANT MY FUCKING TITLE BACK!!!!!"

They're actually pushing MVP pretty well, and they're actually making him out to have some actual talent. Thank god that they stopped having him massacre jobbers every night.... >_<

I guess they've dropped Michelle McCool's heel status, since she was the one to go get help for Ashley; pleeeeeease tell me Ashley wasn't REALLY injured.... :'(

Deuce & Domino have been proven to be morons, even in JBL's eyes. I think this calls for the "ROFLMAO Noob Owl" picture with the two of them next to it.

Mark Henry's on his way back, but when the hell is Rey Mysterio returning?

It should be interesting to see, given the way the crowd reacted, whether the match will leave WWE more open to doing more "old school ECW" style direction and matches with the ECW brand or whether this was a rare occurrence, given those who politically have been against the ECW brand being anything but a third pure WWE sports-entertainment style company.

Let us pray Vince realizes he's on to something here and that anybody in the company who tries to tell him that's not the right direction is told to shut up. We can pray.

Mainly Stephanie; she's the one to worry about. With WWE vets like Malenko & Rhodes behind matches like this, people like Stephanie will hopefully be quieted down somewhat in the grand scheme of things.

To make the story much more interesting, two other networks are apparently interested in TNA programming. One of those two is MyNetworkTV which currently airs the International Fight League. The other network is apparently one that has never aired pro-wrestling before.

Now MyNetworkTV could use something like that; I don't see the fledgling station working out too well in the future unless they get something steady going that'll keep people from turning the channel.

Too true, not to mention I've yet to see them use the '4 Moves of Doom' formula; they never seem to use the same move twice, except for some of the initial dropkicking from London.

Boris Alexiev... He wrestled in OVW alongside the DOuble Double E guy and he also played a Russian down there. From what I've seen he looks to be pretty good in the ring, lots of suplexes, stiff kicks and submission holds.

Oh yeah, Michael Cole interviewed him a few times from the audience stands on SD a while back; then I never saw his giant face again. So I guess he decided on RAW, then, obviously.

SPOILER ALERT!! Don't read if you don't want spoilers!!

He's serious... London and Kendrick's title reign has indeed come to an end at the hands of Deuce and Domino. A team whose only wrestling moves are sloppy knee strikes to the face and a kick to the face as their finisher.... The only good thing that can come out of this is if London and Kendrick compete for the CW title, and they're allowed to go all out in their matches.

That belt dosen't matter, and they've been telling the Cruisers for awhile to limit their high spots, so I actually hope they stay in the tag division and maybe get a chance to win those belts back.

some news:
World Wrestling Entertainment has ended its relationship with Deep South Wrestling. For the past two years, DSW has served as one of WWE's developmental territories.

I've heard Booker's group is in the running to replace DSW, not surprising WWE ended the relationship with them because they have never been happy with how DSW was doing things, from Bill Demott onto the fact that everybody they brought up from there was grossly unprepared for being on TV.

On the heels of WWE pulling out of the association with Deep South Wrestling, Jody Hamilton will be shutting down the promotion and the school. They needed WWE's financial support to stay operational. It looks as if Steve Keirn's school would be the leading candidate to replace DSW.

That is a shame really. There could have been more done on WWE's part to get that promotion into gear but they didn't. There is always a need for training areas so when one like this closes it limits where people who dream about becoming wrestlers can go.

k, you dont dream to get in the WWE. you gotta have a background in acting(really good acting) and also you have to be buff as hell. unless your aiming for velocity, where your never gonna get noticed

btw, you know they should really bring back the ECW tag team, television and lightweight championchips. that will help get it off the ground for shure, and also the fucking ecw title shouldint be delt with on RAW. like i can see 2000 happening all over again. i bet in about a year bobby lashley wont even have a fucking clue what show hes on.

Every wrestler starts with a dream. They at one point in their lives started to fantasize about becoming wrestlers and the ones who didn't give up on that dream went ahead and got trained. Take Benoit for example, any dvd that highlights his career will emntion how badly he wanted to become a wrester, and that passion lead him to where he is.

SD was pretty good tonight. The Hardyz match was my favorite.

The 400th episode was not bad, nothing huge or surprising or anything.
The only major thing that happened was London and Kendrick losing the titles.
It was a heart break watching them losing the title's, the best part of smackdown just lost. I hope London is not seriously injured and I hope they get the titles back soon enough.

Speaking of Mick:

Credit: PWInsider.com

Mick Foley recently discussed filming a reality series plot for the A&E Network in an interview with hobotrashcan.com.

In the interview he noted, “You know, the people at A&E really sold me on what the show could be. I watched some of their shows specifically and I think that in the same way I was really proud of being in Beyond the Mat, I could be proud of a reality show, especially if it allows me to cover some of my interests outside of wrestling and may draw people into supporting some causes that I do."

Foley also noted that his wife was "terrified" of the idea but the intention of the pilot is to focus on Foley himself, not his family.

For upcoming Foley fictional novels in the future, Foley may be releasing under a pen name to prevent what has been a recurring theme in his writing career when it comes to reviewers, his work being dismissed because he's a professional wrestler, as opposed to being judged on its own merits.

Your opinion is not valid. London and Kendrick have been the most amazing Tag champs of the last few years, and they just lost to two guys who have about three moves in their repertoire. They better bounce back or I'm going to lose all faith in Creative. Again.

The thing is London and Kendrick are upstaging everyone, when I say that I mean that. They do the most high flying moves and they always somehow never give up. If they weren't cruiserweights, that would be going for the gold right now.

I'm glad everyone shares my disgust over Londrick losing the TTC's to Doofus & Dillhole. Give me a fucking break! Vince ruined a good thing; they only won because London (who I just noticed now has a moustache) landed flat on his face.

DAMNIT, VINCE!

So Lashley helped another new guy (obviously placed in the audience :P) - this time of Latino descent - screw Umaga, but out of his TITLE this time; isn't it fun to piss Vince off? The new guy isn't half-bad, either; it looked like he held up for quite a while before Vincehole whacked him with 'da chair.

Ken & Fin (tell me that doesn't work for a Tag Team name, rofl) mugged the main eventers just to be the assholes they are, so you'll bet they'll be beating the crap out of those 2 next week.

Hot off the presses: Regal is STILL a woos. I thought he was supposed to change that when Taylor tagged up with him, but now he's taken him with him to Woosville. Some crap never changes. (although, like JBL said, you can't blame them too badly; they were facing Kane - of course, now they face Kane & BOOGEY!)

Mark Henry IN 2 WEEKS. Goody. >_<

JBL, LEAVE TEDDY LONG ALONE! He's only jealous because he can't get any, and Long gets Krystal; who the hell says that women want YOUNGER men? They just don't want douchebags like JBL.

HARDYS! HARDYS! HARDYS! HARDYS! HARDYS! HARDYS! HARDYS! HARDYS! HARDYS! HARDYS!

And Benoit, providing the finishing touch. ^_^

Jillian made everyone's ears bleed with her drowning cat impression again........PLEASE TELL ME SHE REALY DIDN'T HAVE A SONG RECORDED!? JBL, you're a gigantic fucktard for putting her crap on your iPod; may the thing blow up from the sound waves.

Uh, questions: Is Maryse ever going to wrestle? She seems too pointless just being a return-from-commercial chick. And where did Hornswaggle go? And Little Boogey?
