LordKooler's TNA iMPACT! review
1.Fight for your right (To Parrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrtay) tournament/X Division Championship Match: AJ Styles vs Chris Sabin (c)
An ok match to start off Impact. This is the quarterfinal match in the Fight for your right to Parrrrrrrrrrrtay tournament. Chris Sabin's Third reign as X Division champion was a short one because AJ won the match to advance to the Fight for your Right to Parrrrrrrrrrrrtay tournament final. AJ also became a 6 time X Division Champion in this match. With the state that the X Division is in now, I think that AJ Styles will restore credibility to the Division and to the Title now that he's X Division champ again.
2.Fight for your right (To Parrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrtay) tournament match: Ron Killings vs Lance Hoyt
I never really liked the Hoyt/Killings tag team. They were a thrown together tag team. After Killings won, The James Gang come out and cut a worked shoot promo. BG James says that Triple H & Sean Waltman were worthless and then BG says that the New Age Outlaws were the ones that carried D-Generation X. Then he says that TNA dropped the ball on the 3Live Kru. Then he says that the James Gang isn't getting pushed enough and says that he knows where to find work. He says that the James Gang are going to walk out on TNA. Then Kip gets on the mic but he gets cut off. WTF was that all about? Everybody knows that Vince Russo loves Worked Shoot angles.
3.Fight for you right (to parrrrrrrrrrrrrrrtay) match: Christopher Daniels vs Robert Roode w/Ms. Brooks
Bobby Roode went from Team Canada's enforcer to being a second rate Million Dollar Man. Eric Young's "Don't Fire Eric!" gimmick is a million times better than this. In my opinion, The only former Team Canada member that really needs a push and a gimmick is Petey Williams. TNA should make him were the ring attire he wore during his stint in Team Canada and they should make him come out to the "O Canada!" music again. Williams is very underated and he is not a one move wonder. Click here if you want to see Petey Williams' moveset. Robert Roode won at the end to advance to the Fight for your right To Parrrrrrrrrrtay finals where he will face AJ Styles & Ron Killings in a Triple Threat Match on Impact's primetime debut.
4.Four Corners Weapons or Escape match: Christian Cage vs Rhino
Impact's main event is another thing that Vince Russo loves, Object on a pole matches. Christian Cage will face Rhino in a Barbed Wire Six Sides of Steel match on Impact's primetime debut. The match ended in a no contest after Matt Bentley & Kazarian interfered dressed up like Raven's lackeys and attacked Rhino. What does this mean? Is Rhino gonna feud with Raven after his feud with Christian ends?
I watched TNA tonight and thought it was a pretty good show all in all, the James Gang stuff was just that bizarre worked shoot crap that Russo thinks sells and pops the internet (it dosen't anymore because we've seen it so damned often) but hey, if they can actually turn this into the James Gang being more valuable for the company, hooray. Cage and Rhyno were good, I really didn't like flipping the X title so fast like that, and on free TV no less. They should have built Sabin up more, not job him out because they think putting the belt on AJ will help rejig the division. It's also looking like he'll feud with Daniels soon. Bobby Roode has been totally mistreated in his return, but maybe they're going to start pushing him now...oh wait, no, Abyss is the final guy in this, so I don't think Roode has a prayer of getting beyond the three way next week. Cage and Rhino also had a pretty good bout, hopefully they explain what the hell Bentley and Kazarian were doing there though.
Overall, pretty good show, they're trying, but they've still got some bugs to work out.
You would think that after seeing WCW spiral into oblivion wiht Russo at the helm any wrestling promoter would avoid Russo like he was the plague. TNA is stupid to let him get control, lets just hope they have enough sense to fire him if things start getting out of hand.

I live in Connecticut and am quite privledged, you twat.
Anyway, Tonight is CZW's Night of Infamy event. Eddie Kingston will be going against Justice Pain for the CZW Heavyweight Title and Blk Out (A team many have said that inspired Cryme Tyme) will take on the kings of wrestling for the CZW tag team titles. You can see most of the planned card here.
Do you Ever think CZW will come to T.v in America? Sure, CZW is gruesomely violent, but many said the same about the Original ECW. I still remember hearing stories of when Dreamer put out a cigarette in The Sandman's eye.

I hope so. A part of me wants to be able to just watch some extremely bloody matches. I doubt CZW will ever land a tv deal, but a man can dream.
We get a whole channel dedicated to wrestling here, including CZW and ROH shown on it. All of the WWE programmes are shows elsewhere though...

Ya... M'kay.
Any-a-way, I wonder if 'Taker and Kane will become a real tag-team, and go after the belts. I wonder...

I don't think Londrick and BOD are compatible to have a good match. The size difference is too big, and I wouldn't be convinced if Londrick actually won.

I won't really respond to this, seeing as we have atleast a mod in the club, you will get banend for spam... or something... maybe me too...
I see why London and... his other... Wouldn't fight Kane and 'Taker. The size difference is too much. Plus, there both face... so... Well it'd be a good match... whatever..
I'm tired of saying it, so this is your last warning:
Do not feed the goddamn trolls that come into this club taking shots at the business, individual members, whatever. If they have come here and violated rules, goddamn ignore them so I can just delete their posts and ban them. Note that I am now instating a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for feeding the trolls here. If you reply to a poster flaming or spamming this club, you will be banned right along with them. I'm sick to death of repeating myself about this. Just because I haven't gotten to the garbage before you saw it, dosen't mean I'm not going to.
The Big Show's leaving the WWE, hopefully he'll get out before he's seriously injured.
Here's to the best big man in rasslin.
BTW, if any of you would like to see a really great CZW match, Head on over to CZWrestling.com and watch FUTV Episode 5, Featuring A "Pains of Glass" Match Between Nick "The Future of Hardcore" Gage and JC Valley (I think that's his name)
You'd like this, Avie. Nick Gage is the CZW equivalent to The Sandman
Woo! SD. was great... Although I only saw the Kane & Taker match. Actually, there were three Kane & Taker matches on SD... so I was happy...
Insert smiley face.
SD was decent last night. I dodn't care for what Tatanka had to say.. just what we needed, another racist gimmick.
It was cool to see Taker and Kane as a team again. I really wish MVP would get a new outfit. The announcers can only ignore the power ranger chants for so long.

You suck.

Go away. We've got better things to do, now bug off. Kisame you noob. I bet this is your first time on the internet.
I had a similar idea about L&K, but London didn't seem to notice the kiss, so maybe it will be Kendrick who ends up being posessive about it and eventually turns heel.

ECW on SciFi preview time:
Qualified for the extreme
November 7, 2006
On the last ECW on Sci Fi, Paul Heyman rocked the sports-entertainment world when he announced Rob Van Dam's shot at the ECW World Title at December to Dismember will be the first-ever Extreme Elimination Chamber Match.
The first of four qualifying matches for the other Extreme Elimination Chamber competitors has already taken place. Sabu proved to be victorious over Kevin Thorn on the vampire enthusiast's favorite holiday.
Mike Knox issued a long-awaited challenge to CM Punk last week. As ECW fans learned in the latest entry of Punk's Blog, the straight-edge Extremist accepted. Not only will pride be on the line when Punk and Knox finally face, but the winner will also earn a chance at winning the ECW World Title. The winner will become the fourth Extremist for the Extreme Elimination Chamber.
Another spot for December to Dismember's main event will be filled on the next ECW on Sci Fi, as well, as Test is set to take on ECW Original Tommy Dreamer.
The man who has been slated in this competition all along, RVD, had a rough night last week. Heyman was up to monkey business as usual as got the better of Van Dam in RVD's tag team match. How will RVD respond to Heyman's tactics? Find out and find out what two Extremists will be added to the Extreme Elimination Chamber.
Also on ECW on Sci Fi, Daivari and the Great Khali shook up the ECW roster when they made their presence felt. Will the Punjabi Warrior and his loud-mouthed associate take over their new brand?
Find out the answers to all of these questions and more on ECW on Sci Fi at 10/9 CT.
Just a couple notes:
I don't see Tommy winning that match, it looks like they ran that poll to see who the fans would most want in the chamber...so that Test could beat them on his way to what now seems to me a push towards top heel status on the brand since Big Show will probably be deactivated and taking time off after the Chamber. So on that front, I guess it's a neccessary evil. I still don't love it.
Hey, I'm all for pushing CM Punk to the main event, but giving away him beating Mike Knox now enroute to the Chamber is not really going to do him any favors. They are taking a match they could have put on the PPV away, and potentially fucking up Punk's push by giving him a title shot in a brutal cluster type of match, where he will either do his first job, or get a title reign he probably isn't quite ready to handle, is just also a bad idea. Don't read this the wrong way, I really like CM Punk, I enjoy the shit out of the man's work, and want nothing but success for him, but giving him a high profile loss or win before he's really at a position to absorb it and move forward is just a big mistake to me. I'm looking forward to watching how this unfolds on Tuesday, but I can't say as I think these are really good decisions here.
belive it or not I've heard rumors that they are going ot give Test the nod. Vince is said to be dead set on not giving the title to RVD, and Show is in dire need of some time off. Personally if they don't want it on RVD they could at least give it to Sabu. Test would make an awful ECW champ.
