Hehe, friggen, just the word JBL would use. XD

I read that credible did indeed get fired. We saw it coming but I still don't like it.

Wait who was credible again? Hm, was he popular? Why don't I know him?

Justin Credible. He was on the ECW brand. Popular with hardcore ECW fans but apparently not enough for the general fan.

On the Tazz legend thing...have you seen any pictures? Is he going to be dressed as he was in WWE or ECW? It'd be really sweet if they finally gave us a Tazz who had attributes like he did in ECW, he's always been a weak sister in past games.

Oh yeah, him, Dawn Marie and Lance Storm. They were pretty cool. I never really payed attention to them back when ECW, was ECW. He was kind of popular.

He was a major heel for the company, and someone Paul Heyman was really high on and pushed to the moon, (hence the ECW title reign he had in 2000) Credible is someone I did a bio on last year in preparation for the inaugural One Night Stand PPV. It can be found at the wrestling club forums.

So the Justin Credible saga ends:

As we noted on the PWInsider.com Elite hotline, Justin Credible's tenure with World Wrestling Entertainment's ECW brand is done. Credible was officially released this week, but as we've noted in recent hotlines for all intents and purposes, Credible had already been written off by the company. The former ECW World champion no showed a ECW taping and had little (or no) communication with WWE management afterwards. Credible had been calling different promoters this week looking for bookings, so it appears he was finally informed as WWE had not been able to get into contact with him to officially inform him of their decision.

Also, Eric Perez and Rodney Mack debuted for the ECW Brand in Loveland, Texas. Both guys were said to not be very impressive in the ring, though Mack never really was, he's also added a lot of jewelry. Mack is also a former ECW worker, for those who care about such things, he worked at least one show on 6/30/00 under his then ring name of Red Dog. I never really remember seeing him on TV or anything, the company was dying at that point though, so there were lots of guys in and out the door in those days. Brad Armstrong is also still rumored to be coming to the brand soon.

LordKooler's Friday Night SmackDown! review
1.John Cena promo
Cena's first appearance on SmackDown since June 2, 2005 when him & Big Show defeated Carlito & Matt Morgan. Cena says that it's good to be back on SmackDown and promotes the Marine. Then he talks about getting attacked by King Booker's Court on RAW and being forced to kiss King Booker's royal feet.
2.Rey Mysterio vs Elijah Burke
It was originally Terkay vs Mysterio but Burke replaced Terkay in this match. Rey Mysterio won with the 619. After the match Terkay gives Mysterio the Muscle Buster.
3.#1 Contender's Match: KC James & Idol Stevens w/Michelle McCool vs The Pit Bulls (Kid Kash & Jamie Noble)
The winning team will get a shot at Paul London & Brian Kendrick for the Tag Team Titles at No Mercy. This is Kid Kash's final WWE match, With Kash gone, What will WWE do with Jamie Noble? I hope Noble returns to the Cruiserweight Title picture. James & Stevens won at the end. They will face Londrick for the WWE Tag Team Titles at No Mercy.
4.Chavo Guerrero w/Vickie Guerrero vs Matt Hardy
Chavo Guerrero won with help from Gregory Helms & Vickie Guerrero. Helms gives Hardy the Shining Wizard after the match.
5.Ken Kennedy talks about the Undertaker
Ken Kennedy talks about all the wrestlers that the Undertaker faced. Then Kennedy says that Undertaker had nothing to prove and looks forward to defeating him at No Mercy. Then Undertaker comes out and says to Kennedy that he will Rest in Peace. Kennedy tries to hit Taker with the mic but it explodes!
6.The Miz vs Tatanka
Miz won with a roll up to go 5-0. Tatanka loses once again. Will Tatanka's losing streak surpass David Young's 0-93 losing streak which ended at the August 11, 2004 TNA PPV?
7.Sylvan vs Jimmy Wang Yang
When Jimmy Yang resigned with WWE, He got repackaged as Jimmy Wang Yang. Sylvan won at the end. Yang should'ive won this match.
8.Lashley, Batista & John Cena vs King Booker's Court (King Booker, Sir William Regal & Finlay w/Queen Sharmell)
A very good Six Man Tag to end SmackDown. After Lashley, Batista & John Cena won, Edge came out and speared Cena!

Anyone know any good or decent(or even hilariously bad) wrestling books?

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2006-10-02 06:43:07

Wrestlecrap is a good book to read in that area, and also Mick Foley's two autobiographies are entertaining as hell.

Eric Perez? I remember seeing that guy wrestle over here for a couple of years... And he shouldn't be anywhere near an ECW ring. He was terrible in the ring and on the mic and from what I've read he hasn't improved all that much... This is a shame, we have a lot of wrestling talent over but one of the crappiest workers ends up on ECW.

I hate how the Naturals are being looked over for their title shot just so TNA can continue this stupid AJ&Daniels/LAX fued.

Also, It was awesome to see Lance Hoyt in a match against Double-J (even if he did do a job). I hope they use him more!

After the match they had at No Surrender, I'm not surprised has decided to let this feud keep on going.. The fact is that LAX can put on better matches against Styles/Daniels than the Naturals can.

And on a side note Joey Mercury wrestled last night in OVW, so hopefully he'll be back on TV soon enough.

Then but Kurt Angle's it was actually pretty good, I think there was an Austin one which was pretty good. And if you can find you should get To Be The Man by Flair, that's where he called Flair a "glorified stuntman" along with criticizing other wrestlers, mainly Bret Hart.

I have to ask... What was Kelly doing on RAW? She can't talk to CM Punk yet she's allowed to go all the way to RAW without Knox... smart move WWE...

We got a new IC champion in Jeff Hardy, which means that Cena will probably retain.. And apparently Orton's punishment for violating the drug policy is to have an infinite amount of victories over Carlito.... I got to start doing drugs.

I don't get it either.. why punish a guy like Carlito who has not violated anything and reward Orton? My only guess would be that wwe has invested a lot more time and money ion Orton and they can't offord to job him so much.

It's the WWE, half or say a lot of the things they are currently doing and have done in the past don't make all that much sense.

Pretty cool seeing Sergent Slaughter back in action though, didn't expect to see him again.

Also, JR needs to clam down, like WAY calm down. At times I think he's going to burst a blood vessel or pass out from all the strain he puts his voice through, all that yelling and hoopla.

Raw was decent tonight. The back stage Dx antics were so corny that they hurt though. I'm hoping Orton and Carlito become involved in the title chases, a triple threat match for the belt would be fun to watch. I'm glad my man Jeff finally got some gold as well. I hope Matt is on next week's Raw, so they brothers can team up for a match against Nitro and Helms.

Smack of the Night
Jeff's heel kick into Nitro's face was brilliant.

As far as what some people said about Randy Orton/Carlito, I agree, I think it's time WWE stopped trying to push Orton so hard with all his problems, and somebody who is on the rise like Carlito should not have that jeopardized by doing jobs to Orton. The only hope we can have here is that it's all building to some big gimmick match where Carlito beats Orton, and that's all anyone really remembers from their feud.

Me to, David Young from Diamonds in the ruff I remember the losing streak but I thought it was 30.

Tatanka is the man.

They have to show JR face at the main event when the Face is getting beaten and makes a superman comeback like Cena with a injuried arm and interfence by Cade & Murdoc and wins using a d.v.d. Kanas the fans were 100% face favorites, The guys where cheering for Cena even the Marines. October 13th John Cena is the MARINE. oh and match was that good to get hyped up

Now I know there was a reason for Kelly being on RAW... ECW was actually taped yesterday instea dof airing live after the Smackdown tapings... Good to see they're treating ECW like their second biggest brand... Which it probably is.

A couple of things I want to say...

Wasn't it obvious that Cena would retain when they kept showing the marines in the crowd?

Loser leaves RAW next week between Umaga and Kane... And I think who loses depends on what happens at No Mercy... If Lashley wins the ttile I see Umaga losing and then going to Smackdown and feuding Lashley. If Booker retains I see kane losing and feuding with Booker for the title. Personally, I'm hoping Kane loses because then he'll maybe get a ttile shot and (gasp!) even win it on Smackdown..

And of course ECW. They held the tapings for tonight's show at RAW, I'm not posting results but I'll post the matches.

Big Show and Matt Stryker vs Sandman and Sabu
Kevin Thorn vs Tommy Dreamer
CM Punk vs Danny Doring... Woooo, Danny Doring
Test vs RVD... Probably Extreme Rules.

A(RAW), B(ECW), C(SD!)!

Now I know my ABC's, next time won't Vince admit the truth and sing...with...meeeeeee?

Kane to SD! he's nothing on RAW, and Umaga is more valuable with the undefeated streak until some major up and comer takes it from him. Kane would be better served to go to SD! where his name value will pretty much guarantee him a decent push.

I was trying to give Smackdown the benefit of the doubt due to the fact that its been around longer, but the truth is ECW has taken that spot... And I believe Vince knows it,

I think D-Lucks mentioned a possible BOD reunion, I just don't see it happening (although I would like it) because of Undertaker's light schedule... Its tough to be a tag team if one of the members only shows up once a month.

Yeah, thatd be nice change, seeing Kane on Smackdown. He would some more excitement to the show, although Umaga would just make it worse sticking his thumb where it doesn't belong.
