LordKooler's TNA iMPACT review
1.Austin Aries & Roderick Strong vs Chris Sabin & Sonjay Dutt
A good match to start off iMPACT. Sabin & Dutt won at the end to get a shot at America's Most Wanted for the NWA World Tag Team Titles.
2.Team 3D vs Elix Skipper & David Young of The Diamonds in The Rough
During the match, AMW came out and talked about Team 3D facing Team Canada at Against All Odds. Then Team Canada attack Team 3D at the end.
3.Samoa Joe vs Jay Lethal vs Jason Prince
Samoa Joe won by making Jay Lethal tap out to the rear naked choke.
4.Abyss & Monty Brown vs Rhino & Ron Killings
During the match, Konnan came out with a blackjack. Abyss & Monty Brown won at the end.

so tomorrow Edge gets his rematch against cena with foley as the ref. The odds are really stacked against Edge but I'll root for him anyway.

I got Bloodsport yesterday, and have finished off the first disc, I'll finish the second today since I got snowed out of work (that storm we got here in the north east really was everything they said it'd be), and then have a review. So far it's an excellent package, but I'd rather look at it as a whole, and provide whatever historical notes I can.

Me too! Apparently they're considering Henry as Taker's opponent for Mania...I shit you not, I've heard they are. Well...it'd at least mean Taker's streak was safe for another year if nothing else.

I think a Boogeyman vs Taker match would make sense the match itself would suck but there would be some cool promos.

I think they want to keep pushing Boogey as possibly a Taker successor, so if that's the case, and Boogey is to ever beat The Dead Man, it needs to be on a not Wrestlemania PPV.

What worries me is that Taker is retiring soon...what will be his retiring match??? Him vs. HENRY??? I hope not.

I doubt that he will retire after WM22. Maybe after WM23. In fact, it will be awesome if he continues to wrestle like Flair since he is one of the best all time. I love his old school wrestling, he still has a lot in the tank! If he retires, I hope that his last match will be against Hulk Hogan at WM23, it will be a dream match.

I hope so. His matches suck right now (with the exception of the Angle title match).

I'm not so sure about that. He's slowed down a bit and if he kept wrestling, it's probably be bad for him. He's a pure power wrestler, whereas Flair can get away with eye pokes and punches. Wouldn't it be hard to sell a Chokeslam at age 60?

If he retires, I hope that his last match will be against Hulk Hogan at WM23, it will be a dream match.

I dunno...I'm thinking it'd be better from him to "pass on" his legacy to a current wrestler like Angle. If he wrestled Hogan, what would he be passing on? Mark Calaway respects Angle as a wrestler, and ending his career with a match against him would only be due respect.

They both are getting old but Taker is strethen type person and age makes it harder to pick up people

I'd perfer a HBK/Taker macth

I would perfer Undertaker having a rematch with Randy Orton. Orton would win it and Undertaker would retire. Now that's something I would love to see.

okay, ladies lets take some time to talk about Finlay (or as eaglerock calls him, the Drunken irishman)

Former WCW Heavyweight Champion and WCW televison champion. he's also a huge, gaping asshole. has only been in two matches so far, and lost both to DQ, personally, i think that the Ref is just being a jerk. if Finlay can learn to control himself, I can see the gold around his waist.

I also want to voice my disdain for the juniors divison. Nobody real thinks these guys are really wrestlers, they're just comic reliefs. not too mention they're just bite-sized peices of Rey Mysterio (I'm rootin' for ya, REY!). the day I (or anyone else) start respecting the Juniors is the day i see the "Junior Divison Championship".

p.s. can i join?

I heard from someone that RAW might not be on tomorrow, but played later in the week. Does anyone know anything about that?

Its going to be broadcasted on Thursday, instead of Monday. There is a dog show or something on tomorrow.

I'm yet to see Finlay wrestle, since I'm always out on Friday. I'm really into my irish heritage, so I'm glad they added a personality I can relate to.

Who cares, as long as I get a good show, I'm happy. Tajiri is pretty cool wrestler in my eyes, I love the mist thing that he does.

Tajiri is a great wrestler who is hard to beat. However, Finlay lost to Funaki.

The correct spelling is Asians, btw...

Hopefully they push Finlay. We need more people who can actually wrestle on Smackdown besides Angle.

I can't Believe they are still yelling "you suck" at Angle.

He Is Such a great wrestler, and i thought for sure winning the championship would be a big push for him.

Kurt is a great wrestler, he does deserve the WHC on his own. Maybe the UnderTaker could win the WHC but i can't see the part of Rest In Peact to Angle............

That wouldn't be hard. Taker vs. Angle for WHC. Taker wins the belt and the match. However, he lays the belt down to Angle, passing on the legacy to him. After, he does some magical manouver to signify his retirement, boom.

I agree with whoever it was that said Taker won't be retiring until at least after WM23. I just can't see him walking away from the business yet. Look how many times Hogan and Foley tried to retire. None of these cornerstoen guys can seem to stay away from the lifestyle.

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2006-02-12 23:32:31

I think I know what's going to happen seeing as how Mark Henry isn't scheduled for a match at No Way Out he'll probably cause Taker to lose the match thus setting up afeud between Taker and Henry.

They still yell you suck because it's fun. Do you really need a better reason that that?

Oh yeah: redface you are # 185. Welcome!

Damn I forgot about that stupid dog show... This is why I liked Raw on Spike. It didn't get bumped by the dog show or tennis. Seriously, doesn't Raw do well enough in the ratings to keep it where it is and move the other crap? Damn you USA Network!

WWE does well in the rating but USA has a contarct with Kennel club to show the dog shows live. Therefore, if it's scheduled for a monday, it's preempts Raw.
