When Shelton Benjamen and his mom came in, I insatntly knew it was gonna be Big Show that he had to face. I had guessed it the instant Vince had his glare on Benjamomma. Haha. Why is WWE getting so obvious? I was really rooting for Ric Flair to be a 17 time world champion. Lita is a hotty, but she's oh so snotty! What a slut, a whore. Ahh, wrestling, Angle is so great becoming a face now. So, I guess Angle is signed on Smackdown now. It will be interesting seeing Benoit vs. Angle again. Those are so classic of matches!

Great Raw tonight, a ladder match to top things off, and a killer angle/hbk match to start things off.

So now that the Flair/Edge fued is just about over, who do you think should Flair fued with next over the IC title? Benjamin seems to be on a roll so maybe him. Or once the RR is over have RVD go for the gold, unless they put him in a main event type status. Still having RVD as IC champ at WM can't go wrong.

I also think that Davari now away from being Kurts manager (come on, we all know he's going to lose on SD to Kurt) he could be a good contender in the CW division.
Think Orton will challenge Booker for the US title, or continue a fued with Benoit? And how will OJ fall into play, perhaps a fued with Booker?

It looked like magic might happen for the 17th time – that lightning might strike in Flair Country. A badly bloodied “Nature Boy” stood perched on a ladder, reaching toward the WWE Championship and another historic career highlight. Ric Flair was about to become a 17-time world champion in his very first Tables, Ladders & Chairs Match (or any type of Ladder Match, for that matter).

But it was not to be.

Lita grabbed hold of Flair’s leg, then caused enough of a delay for Edge to shake off a frightening push off a ladder and through a table to the outside. As Flair tried again to reach new heights, Edge climbed the other side of the ladder. The two met 25 feet in the air, where one final punch KO’d Flair and sent him sailing to the mat far below. With that, Edge grabbed the WWE Championship and successfully retained for the first-ever time.

This match lived up to all we’ve come to expect from the initials T.L.C. Both men absorbed an unthinkable amount of punishment from chair shots to crushing ladder blows. In one heart-stopping moment, Edge hit a splash from the top of a 25-foot ladder, blasting Flair through a table on the outside. Flair’s daughter, who was watching from ringside, screamed upon impact then begged her father to show some signs of life.

Ric Flair would show the resiliency that made him a legendary world champion, leaving his blood all over tables and ringside debris and fighting his way back from the brink. Eventually, he tipped a ladder over with Edge perched atop it, sending Edge crashing through a table and into the concrete floor. That gave Flair the opening he needed to climb his way to glory, but Lita would put a stop to history in the making.

In another huge RAW match, new World Heavyweight Champion Kurt Angle battled Shawn Michaels for an epic, fourth time. And to raise the stakes, Mr. McMahon put HBK’s job on the line in this non-title match. The series going in was tied at 1-1-1.

Ultimately, Shawn Michaels found himself desperately trapped in a grapevined ankle lock. The Olympic gold medalist was sure he had the match won. But inexplicably, Daivari entered the ring with a chair, looking for payback on Michaels. The distraction demanded the attention of the referee and forced Angle to break the hold and figure out what was happening. As Angle tried to pull the chair from Daivari, it accidentally was thrust by Daivari up into Angle’s throat, stunning him. “The Showstopper” seized the moment and rolled up Angle for a sudden win. A furious Angle began to scream at Daivari, who responded with a slap to Kurt’s face. Angle couldn’t believe the gall of Daivari, then dumped him over the top rope with an Angle Slam.

Before the match, which actually began on WWE.com Unlimited, both world champions had words in the ring. Angle also explained the circumstances surrounding his participation in the SmackDown Battle Royal, saying his RAW contract expired on Jan. 1, and he saw a great opportunity to be champion and signed with SmackDown. His move proved to be a wise one.

John Cena took the Master Lock Challenge. Masters showed his power and strength and nearly caused Cena to pass out, but the former WWE Champion fought back. With Cena gaining momentum, Edge appeared and smashed Cena in the face with the WWE Championship belt, ending the challenge the hard way.

In addition, Triple H attacked Big Show during his match against Shelton Benjamin, handing Benjamin a count-out win.

Also, Mickie snapped on tag partner Ashley, costing her team their match against Victoria, Torrie & Candice, and Kane shut up Carlito by shoving an apple down his throat.

Last week on RAW, WWE Champion Edge attacked John Cena just when it looked like Cena was going to beat the Master Lock Challenge. Later on RAW, Cena returned the favor when he attacked Edge after the Rated R Superstar's successful title defense against Ric Flair in a brutal TLC Match. With their Royal Rumble battle looming, what will these two Superstars do next to ensure they have the momentum heading into the match? Watch RAW to find out.

One week after beating Big Show at New Year's Revolution, Triple H attacked Show during his match against Shelton Benjamin. The interference cost Big Show the match, as he and The Game battled all the way back to the locker room area. Will these two finally put their bitter rivalry to an end this week on RAW?

Also, what's the deal with Mickie James? After Trish tagged Ashley into the ring last week, Mickie also came into the ring and attacked her own partner, Ashley. No shit! Wtf is up with that? They don't even mention Kane or Big Show as Tag Team Champions, and Ric Flair hardly even caries his Intercontenental title. The only other USED title currently on Raw is the Women's, and even that was gone for months while Trish was out!

Here's what I don't get. Trish Stratus was gone for about 4 months with an injury. Why didn't she have to vacate the Women's championship? Batista is expected to be gone for 3, so why did he have to give it up? Mind you, now that Angle is a face (he was damn funny on Raw) I like him as champion, but I find it stuoid that the main male champion has to vacate his title, but the main female champion doesn't. Wow....they are firing more guys than they got! They can't afford to lose anymore Smackdown! superstars!

Mind you, I was never a Heidenreich fan, but with Batista out, Eddie not with us, and Angle having to go to Smackdown! just to keep the brand alive, they need all they talent they can get!

SD's got plenty of talent. Problem is that VERY few of them are recognizable names. They need to push the lesser-heard-of guys more.

I am not so surprised that Heidenrich got fired. LOD has disappeared from the main events of the Tag Team actions for a while now since they lost to MNM. I can also remember that Taker wrestled Heidenrich at RR, 2005 to get him over, but he just could not. The rule of WWE is plain simple: if they think that you suck, sorry, you are fired.

More Backstage Info On John Heidenreich's Release

As noted earlier, John Heidenreich was released from his WWE contract late yesterday afternoon. According to sources, John checked himself into a hospital several weeks ago claiming he had an ear infection. When the agents went to check up on him and schedule him for the next house show loop, he claimed he couldn't do it anymore and didn't want to be on the road. He then flew home and hasn't been seen since.

Many backstage belie Heidenreich was dealing with some family issues. It may be a case of WWE releasing him so he can take care of some personal business and then return at some point in the future.

Road Warrior Animal is scheduled to work with Matt Hardy in the coming weeks.

Matt Hardy is a unless middle card loser, mark my words. Lita knew that he would never win the WWE championship belt, that was why she dumped her. (It happened in real life too.) So what WWE did was just combining two useless middle carders, not a big deal.

It's a damn shame what WWE is doing lately. That TLC match was good. However, to me, it felt like they were ripping off something you would see at an ECW event. I bet ECW would have done better with the Table, Ladders,and Chairs match.

So, Heidenreich is gone? Ah well, he wasnt really that big of a deal anyways. But, when it comes to needing more guys on the Smackdown! roster, it's hurting them.

Nice to see the results to TNA's Final Resolution. Good thing AJ Styles won. He needed a win from those losses he had awhile back. I also heard that AJ Styles and Shannon Moore will face off in a Street Fight this Saturday on iMPACT!. I, for one, hope this is true and will be looking forward to it if it is.

Now, I only hope that Smackdown this Friday is good. Or at least better than RAW. No offense, but it felt like watching the same crap from last year.

Hardy got the biggest screwjob of them all kid. He is at the same level as Edge both on the mic and in the ring. The only reason Edge has gone further than Hardy is becuase the higher ups like him more. And furthermore, the only reason Amy left Matt for Adam is because she's a slut.

I actually want nobody to take the title away at wm22 so I hoping a sd contestant wins but then angle would lose so soon. Because usually the royal rumble winner wins the title at wm. just to please the crowd which is almost all face fans.
