In TNA's time slot on Spike to try and kill it off, that's the point, TNA is unopposed in Saturday wrestling right now, WWE is going to try and steal they're audience. Afraid much Vince?

Well, I didnt know they was bringing back Saturday Night Main Event. Hell, that show was the bomb back then. Now they'll probably fuck it up with some of the bad talent they have these days (ahem, Cena!). Well, in music, Cena is actually good. In the ring...that's another story. He needs to go back to wrestling school.

Well, it's a good thing they're having Friday Night Smackdown this week. However, in my prediction, TNA iMPACT! will beat Saturday Night Main Event like a red-headed stepchild. Oh, I would really like it if Bret Hart came back as GM for RAW! His Sharpshooter pwns. I'd use it if I was in wrestling.

So, did anyone find anything new on Ric Flair yet???

Yeah, I found out he's an old has-been who used political stroke to capture 16 World Titles, just like Triple H has done with his 10. I also found out he screwed over many top talents like Mick Foley, Steve Austin, Shane Douglas and others in WCW when he was booker. I also found out he's a senile old moron who needs to be put in a nursing home. That is all at the moment, stay tuned for further updates.

What about the fact that he recently got charged and fined for assaulting some dude....whats a bigger kick in the junk than getting assaulted by Ric Flair, nothing o ya, there is something, watching Cena wrestle.

new members. yay!

I put no faith in the boogey man. WWE is wasting time with this guys. They should be concentrating more on their younger wrestlers like they have been with orton.

i've seen the vertebreaker before. It's a kickass move.

That's the formula for success, it's the formula I'm using right now with my GM career, and guess what kids? We're gaining on RAW, beating them in the ratings the last couple of weeks, Undertaker vs. Batista is a hot ticket, and they've had some brutal bouts, RVD and London are doing a good deal, though Spike Dudley has snuck a win or two on them, which is good, since it gives me an obvious candidate for when that feud ends (I may flip the Cruiser belt to London and then let Dudley feud with him for it, while RVD could face Jericho or someone when Richards and Jericho's feud is blown off). But all down the line, my feuds are young vs. old, and drawing a bit of money, and certainly helping to elevate the young talent upwards. I predict Randy Orton vs. Batista should be a fever pitch sort of feud once they get done with Taker and Flair respectively. The GM mode is pretty fun when you get the hang of it.

Hahaha, too true. It pisses me off seeing HBK kick out of a Top Rope Angle Slam at Taboo Tuesday, but then gets put down by the FU. WTF?

And I think the Boogeyman's finisher is just as effective as the FU, if not worse. Wait, I take that back, there is nothing more useless and ineffective as the FU.

wow, i love starting the "I hate Cena craze"
no body should be allowed to beat JBL's title record last year (i know its the record, but title reigns these days should not last a year)
Cena is weak. Cena is hated. Everyone knows that.
As for smackdown, that seems to be better than raw nowadays.
RAW used to be the flagship show...
They had HHH as their champion most of the time and it flourished..
NOW? Cena, beating his opponents in an anti-climatic superman way.
Angle should just beat him hear and now, or HHH should put Cena in his place.
And what's with Angle? The Angle slam used to be a devastating move. Now, its sub-par to his ankle lock
(nothing wrong with ankle lock, submissions are great finishers, but the Angle slam is awesome)

Smackdown is great. The have Orton, Benoit, Taker, Batista, and JBL.
Those guys are all championship contender...
Raw, on the otherhand has a 2nd...no 8th rate champion who hasn't had a good gimmick since "dese nuts". Heels are better. Or anyone with charisma.
Any wrestler who can grab the mike and speak their mind is worthy of championship rating.

And whats this about Christian going to TNA?!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Why!!!!!!! He could actually talk. I though he was gonna put cena away long ago, it was building up since royal rumble. He had the best finisher, best charisma. If only he had the muscle..

Dammit! Wrestling is going downhill...

What do you guys think will happen with Rob Van Dam when and if he comes back?

My name is pepeatumi... But you already knew that!

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-12-02 10:22:51

I would imaging they would at least put him in IC contender position at least until he regains some momentum with the fans. I'm not saying that they don't like him but in the wrestling world absense makes people forgetful of just how great a wrestler might be. RVD can go in the main event spot, he's done it before. I really look forward to seing him do all the amazing stuff he did.

dude, don't post several times in a row like that or it will be considered spamming. Hey Avie, I think he needs a few guidelines to help set him straight.

hmm that mr. america thing is kinda old. really bad too. I freakin hated that gimmick.

so yeah.. Sd is tonight and I have to record it and watch it later. All I keep hearing about is that the boogey man is wrestling. Hope the rest of the show will be ok.

Yea, that is the problem. RAW does not have too much star power right now. You see, HHH was feuding with Flair who is 56. Ric was good, but his time passed by long time ago. Edge, who should be the number one contender injured and he is rehabing right now. Angle is a great wrestler, but RAW is making him lose against Cena all the time to make Cena look good. It is a sad feeling that RAW sucked so badly that they had to bring Hogan back since they knew that the fans would chant his name even when he is 80. Like it or not, RAW is nothing now because of Cena's suckiness and the old school
storylines. EVERYONE WHO HAS A BRAIN HATES RAW NOW.

RAW is not bad... ITS WAY better than smackdown... Smackdown is plain.. its just not good for me. For somereason i like raw cuz smackdown is all matches no talking. I know wrestling is about fighting but its also about talking and stuff RAW is more fun to watch cuz its more intresting. Smackdown is boring for me.. dont u think so.. I mean cmon the matches are boring the only good thing is undertaker and main events.

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-12-02 15:59:17

i recon smackdown and raw are good shows cos they both got good superstars smackdown: rko, undertaker, jbl, bobby lashly, the boogey man, rey mysterio, batista etc. raw: john cena, kane, big show, trple h etc

I was jsut wondering if anybody knew who was going to win the Hell in the Cell match between Orton and taker.

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-12-02 19:00:49

I think they would need to let Orton win it if they want him to be the next world heavyweight champion, but, with taker's return and all that momentum, i could see him winning it, and i also don't see taker loosing in the Cell since he participated in the very first one against HBK.

And another thing i would like to discuss...does anyone see Carlito or Masters getting a big push, and if so, how far....are we talkin heavyweight titles maybe a 1-2 years from now?
