I know as well. The 4th one kinda sucks by the 5th pick is, well, amazing. I'm shocked.

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-06-28 11:10:10

They are both amazing in my opinion, the first one could get alot more done on SD!

Yeah, it is out today, sorry for the confusion. Now stop reading this fuggin post and go buy it!!!!

I know who the first pick is, but not the second, on the first? I think it's a good move for him, I wish he was coming over with a title though, but I think he could almost immediately beat Orlando out of the blocks for the U.S. belt, no doubt in my mind about that one. Good for pick 1!

Nah, he's past the U.S title division in my mind, i think he will be feuding with Benoit or Guererro in the near future.

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-06-28 16:13:10

i think id rather not find out the picks. But this talk about them is hyping me up. Without saying who thy are, do they repair some of the damage done by this draft lottery, and is WWE saving the best picks until last?

Scrap that, i just stumbled upon the roster and saw the picks by mistake. I guess i could say im shocked. My questions still stand to the people who know.

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-06-28 16:36:25

I would definitly say they did some good repair....The last 2 picks for SD! are better than RVD and Big Show. The 2nd pick that SD! got is an awesome step for the brand.

All tho gettin Angle and Cena did some permanent damage, that might never be repaired.

Lesnar....come to terms with Mcmahon and save SD! pleeease.

Yeh, i think that these picks could bring the WWE out of the rut it has dug itself into storyline-wise.
So do you think the Carlito-Big Bhow storyline will get continued now that they are on the same show?

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-06-28 16:46:33

Nah i think its time for a change. WWE surely won't carry i ton because they know it is boring.

I guess it was just a way to put Morgan over as a freaking powerful monster.
They need to get rid of his stutter. Give him an "injury" that miraculously cures it, Like a concussion.

I have a very interesting piece of information for all you regarding Matt hardy.

Vince Mcmahon has contacted Matt and told him to hold off of signing with TNA. Vince and the creative teams are very interested in hiring Hardy again. and to push his storyline with Edge, in hopes that the 2 can work together in the ring. none of this is confirmed, but Matt Hardy is very much aware and he is considering his options. He will be in a "pickle" considering his brother Jeff wants him to come to TNA to reform the Hardy Boyz.

Vince has considered all of this and he now realizes it would draw alot of viewers.....this could be interesting.

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-06-28 17:30:00

I'd love matt hardy to come back to wrestling. But i dont think he should come back to the WWEunder any circumstances, unless he gets a formal apology from all the people involved in what happened. I would be much more attracted to workng with my brother under a sure toryline, rather than coming back to the WWE after being released for no reaon. He doesnt want to come off as a pushover

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-06-28 18:49:24

I dont want to know who the new draft picks are until saturday night. If I go into town today I will get ONS for sure or after work tommorow. Yeah so it looks like matts in a pickle jar I would say tna if they had a tv deal but I guess an edge fued would be good.

I can't believe they wanted to keep Kane on Raw. I personally hate kane myself....His image is the shits and he is really sloppy in the ring.

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-06-28 21:11:04

They'll give us some new match combinations and such, but it's all in how they're used as to whether or not they're really going to help the brand. SD! dosen't just have talent problems, they have big creative problems as well. We'll see how this goes down the road.

I want to be surprised so I'm not looking at any spoilers.

On the Matt Hardy thing--- Thats really a tough call for matt to make. Yes he could go back to work for the WWE, the promotion he and his bro always dreamed of working a, the place that made his career and made him financially secure, and have a fued with edge. but.. He would have to go back to the people who fired him in the first place, work with the guy who stabbed him in the back, with the woman who cheated on him all for an unguaranteed money-making fued. Honestly I don't know what his feelings on it would be but those are the facts he surly has on his mind.

sorry for the double post but:

I got the ECW DVD today and watched it as soon as I got home. Damn that PPV kicked so much ass! And even though I don't care for Mike Awsome after what he did to ECW that one time, he put on one hell of a match.

Ya, it was a pretty descent PPV, i liked it, but Vengeance was alot better.

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-06-28 23:55:42

lol, sorry for double post but i have to get it posted, i have work early.

As we noted several days ago, Matt hardy was contacted by WWE several days before the RAW wedding angle. They asked him if he would wait it out several weeks before signing with TNA as they were interested in trying to work out an angle for a return. Sources indicate that fan reactions over the past several months have indicated to Vince McMahon that Hardy has the [potential to be something else and sell merchandise. The issue is that there are obviously emotional problems between the two.

This places Hardy in a really good position as he's become a very talked about hot commodity who has his pick of the litter in the near future, even if WWE doesn't make him an offer to return. Hardy is at the point he can pretty much write his own ticket on the independents (where some promoters have claimed he is asking for $2,500-$3000 a shot), TNA, or even possibly Japan. If course, as it stands, there is also a distinct possibility he can head back into World Wrestling Entertainment (if they make him an offer) with an angle that fans are literally asking for weekly. In many ways, Hardy's current situation could be compared somewhat to Bret Hart's red hot momentum after the Montreal incident in November 1997, although WCW completely dropped the ball on that once Hart debuted for them. (PWinsider.com)

Hardy's current WWE no-compete expires on 7/11 and a TNA deal is ready to go. TNA has also been holding off Jeff Hardy's return so the two can reunite the Hardy Boyz.

As I predicted, Triple H got his ass kicked in the match. But I did not know that Cena would manage to hold his championship. Now there is a small problem: RAW has two champions. So as long as SD! has a new champion, there will be two wwe champions. Therefore, my next guess is that there will be a match between Cena and Batista to decide who the REAL champion is. I knowthat it is weird, but hey, it may happen! By the way, I predict Undertaker to be the new SD! champion.

I agree with Dream_of_Duke, Undertaker may win the SD! Champion because I went to the Supershow in Anaheim this past Monday after RAW was over. But i won't tell you the new SD! champion. After the show on Thursday.

Did you have fun at the show?

News: Reports from backstage indicate that WWE management will be cutting several members from the talent roster in the coming weeks. Although no names are available, wrestlers are said to be on alert for a potential release.

While some past release threats did not materialize, the belief is that WWE will definitely be following through with releases in the coming weeks.

The upcoming move to USA is undoubtedly the driving force in the decision to make cuts. With WWE set to gross less from USA than Spike TV on RAW, and the loss of two weekend shows, the need for budget limitations is imminent.

not good

The ECW DVD is number one in sales on Amazon.ca
very good
