I agree that moving Benoit can only benefit him, especially with how much they are gutting SD! (and while I think he has upside, tonight's draft pick is not going to immediately recoup the damage done by trading away Carlito). But when you look at his time on RAW with the belt objectively, and not just "omg! He was World Champ!" he was pretty screwed, since they only ever let him show he could beat two guys (Michaels and H) and that made his reign boring after a time, then the first new challenger he faces (Orton) beats him in their first encounter. Benoit had his greatest moment at Mania 20 when he won the belt, and then they began devaluing him and his reign almost immediately after.

On TLC matches, I am honestly not a fan of them, because you don't see much actual wrestling or drama, they're just clusterfuck stunt shows, all about "who can do the craziest spots till we get to the finish" there's a few exceptions (the one involving Jericho and Benoit) but by and large, it's about crazy spots, and no psychology.

Also, big ups to new NWA champion Scott "Raven" Levy. Damn nice to see a guy who was made in ECW, and has paid a hell of a lot of dues, win such a prestigious title.

Dudleys vs Hardyz vs EDGE and Christian...wrestlemania TLC.

damn. we had been waiting for a while to see those three new hired wreslters of super crazy, psicosis and gurrera and BAM! they all come out at once riding a lawn mower..... yeah they are against stereotypes of mexicans all right, and thats an ok gimmick, but thats not the greatest way to start things off.

1.Randy Orton segment
Randy Orton starts off Smackdown by talking about all the Wrestling legends he faced on RAW and becoming the youngest World heavyweight champion after beating Chris benoit at Summerslam last year. He then talks about the Undertaker and then the lights go out and the Undertaker appears behind Orton. Orton leaves the ring and then lightning strikes near the entrance where Orton is standing. Causing orton to run away.
2.Joey Mercury vs Heidenreich
Heidenreich wants to get revenge against MNM because they humiliated Heidenreich and the Smackdown divas last week. During the match, Michelle Mccool attacked Melina to get revenge for what Melina said to michelle last week. And then Johnny Nitro
gives Heidenreich the Superkick resulting in Mercury's win. Backstage after the match, Melina said that she will wrestle Michelle next week.
3.Chavo guerrero vs Paul london
It was a good cruiserweight match but it didn't have a winner. During the match, A group of mexican wrestlers calling themselves "The Mexicools" came out and attacked both London and Chavo. You may remember some of these wrestlers in the mexicools, ECW's Super crazy, and WCW's Psicosis & Juventud Guerrera. They say that they will take over the United States, Smackdown, and the Cruiserweight division.
4.JBL segment
JBL talks about the new Smackdown championship and says that he wants to be named the champion, Then Booker T comes out and challenges JBL to a match for the Smackdown championship next week, Then Chris benoit comes out and says it will be a triple threat match, then Big show comes out and says it will be a fatal four way. Then Smackdown GM Theodore long comes out and adds Undertaker to the mix and makes it a five man elimination match. Then Theodore long introduces Smackdown's 3rd pick in the Draft, Muhammad Hassan & Daivari! Muhammad Hassan talks about getting drafted to Smackdown and talks bad about JBL, Benoit, Booker T, Big show, and Undertaker. Theodore long adds hassan to next week's Smackdown championship match making it a Six man elimination match. Then after that, The wrestlers in the ring attack Hassan & Daivari.
5.Muhammad Hassan vs Big show
Muhammad Hassan was undefeated on RAW until he lost his final match on RAW against former Smackdown wrestler John cena. Matt morgan did commentary and talked about Carlito getting drafted to RAW. Morgan gets involved in the match by bringing a steel chair into the ring. Then Hassan starts to attack Big show with a steel chair. Muhammad hassan won his first match on Smackdown at the end.
6.Eddie guerrero vs Rey mysterio
A good match to end Smackdown. Rey mysterio won at the end.

heh the longest match of the night got the shortest explanation. I really liked that last match. Lots of good spots and the curse continues.

Hassan tho....i don't see how SD! is benefiting from any of this....Chris Benoit? what can he do for the brand? Orton has great potential, but he can't fill the shoes of Angle as a heel.

I suspect Cena vs Batista at a upcoming PPV, all tho it might be HHH instead of Batista ( judging on Vengeance outcome.

The 2 RAW champions will have a match and the 2 belts will combine to become next RAW championship....The World Heavyweight WWE Championship.

Wtf is going on they are making Smack Down as crappy as it was before crappier. It seems that SmackDown always gets screwed more in the draft. Muhammaed Hussan? I thought they were going to give us the World Heavy Weight. What a fucking ripp off. Smack Down Championship sounds dumb like a US Championship. I'm guessing UnderTaker will win. don't forget that davari went with him. so SD actually got two. Still your are right in the sense that SD gets screwed on these deals. it's also something I just can't understand about Vince's logic. Why not make both shows kick ass instead of focusing on just one show? If you really want to improve your product, you need to make it all good, not just one aspect of it.

I feel bad for Smackdown actually. But this weeks Smackdown was MUCH better than Raw. Raw sucked.

the last pick is gonna be a tough one...i'm suspecting it to be Batista or Cena. If Batista looses at Vengeance, he will go to SD! its kinda obvious. and besides...remember? Orton wanted revenge over Batista for injuring his shoulder further...

Cool, one thing that I've already noticed is that the "Mexicools" are actually Team Mexico from TNA, something that I haven't seen for a long time. It took four years for Juventud and and Psychosis to show up in the WWE, but not many people know this but Psychosis was in the WWF before under the alias of Akula. He went up against Brian of the original "Too hot" and Taka Michinoku a lot back then when the Light Heavyweight championship was still in the WWF.

I cant wait o see that match for the WWEtitle between 6 people.
