Did anyone see the latest Wrestlemania 21 commercial with the Undertaker in a parody of Dirty Harry? I did. I saw it during RAW's commercial break and I saw it again on Smackdown. Here's a list of Wrestlemania 21 commericials. Which one is your favourite?

Eugene-Forrest gump

Triple H-Braveheart

Stacy Keibler-Basic Instinct

Booker T & Eddie guerrero-Pulp fiction

John cena & JBL-A few good men

Undertaker-Dirty harry

Anything with Eugene = gold. Pure and simple. Plus, he fits the role don't you think?

I think they got rid of the KotR PPV cause of the brand split. Probably to hard to have that PPV a multi show one.

so far the braveheart one and the pulp fiction one's are my fav.

Major Update:

Spike TV announced today in a press release that they have closed negotiations with WWE about renewing a deal.

We are now under the assumption that RAW, Heat, Velocity and Experience will be moving to the USA network in September of this year.

"After several months of negotiations, we have decided to end our discussions about extending our relationship with WWE beyond September 2005," wrote Spike TV in a press release. "Moving forward, Spike TV will expand its investments in original programming and new acquisitions for its core audience."

USA appears to be the only major cable option for Raw, as TNT, TBS and FX have all confirmed no negotiations.

And:

We have some major news that has the possibility of changing the landscape of pro wrestling as we know it. In a press statement released this week, SpikeTV announced, "After several months of negotiations, we have decided to end our discussions about extending our relationship with WWE beyond September 2005. Moving forward, Spike TV will expand its investments in original programming and new acquisitions for its core audience."

Wherever RAW winds up, With WWE leaving SpikeTV in September, that leaves a HUGE opening in Spike's Monday night primetime slot. There is a lot of speculation that TNA representatives will be meeting with SpikeTV and Viacom very shortly about the possibility of TNA taking over RAW's timeslot.

At this time, it is unknown whether or not WWE and SpikeTV have a no-complete clause whereas SpikeTV could not air another wrestling program in RAW's timeslot for a certain period of time. If this is not the case, SpikeTV can begin airing a weekly Monday night TNA show immediately and steal the momentum left behind from RAW. As hard as WWE would try to alert their fans that they were switching networks, there would still be a large portion of their audience that would tune into SpikeTV the week after RAW was gone out of habit.

Theoretically, if WWE's contract with Spike ended immediately following the end of the last RAW broad cast, TNA could air "Monday Night Impact" RIGHT AFTER RAW was over. This would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for TNA to seize that opportunity and reignite the Monday Night Wars. We will have more on this blockbuster story as it develops.

whoa. A return of the monday night wars. This is just what we needed. Seriously, WWE had some of it's best moments during it's war with WCW and TNA can now step up to the plate and show us what they are made of and force WWE to do the same.

the only good that can come out of this is that if the WWE actually has tangible opposition, they'll start trying to get creative again. there are very few good stroyline elements these days. when i watched from 98-early 01, there were very few bad storyline elements. i couldn't do anything else while the shows were on because they rew me in--out of necessity to beat WCW. now although TNA seems like a minor league and a boneyard to me, all they need is interesting storylines to give WWE loads of pressure. anyone who has ever watched WWF, WWE, WCW, or ECW will recognize people in TNA and probably wouldn't mind watching too much.

althought i want WWE to remain on top because they have the most potential to entertain, i do want this wake-up call for them. maybe those 2 new people they hired in creative will help... but i think it'll take more than 2 new people to make shit interesting

and yo, i still don't know why undertaker went from deadman to biker in the first place... could someone explain? thanks

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2005-03-11 12:38:41

TNA isn't a boneyard, they have a bunch of young talented guys there.\

Taker to biker? Well it just kinda happened. He left to heal up since he had been working with injuries for a while and it was starting to effect him and when he came back he was a biker. No real explanation. He left a little while after the corporate ministry broke up. At the time he was tag team partners with the big show when he left.

>:/ Yeah, I know how you feel. TBS should pick up RAW, Velocity, and the rest.

That being said, I doubt TNA can get that time slot or any other. It seems to me Spike let wwe go because they want to rid themselves of wrestling and work on their "core audience", i.e. showing programs their regular viewers care to view. TNA doesn't fit that any better than the WWE

Yeah, it seems that way. Probably because they are aiming for a newer, younger generation of audience, and RAW and the shows of WWE just aren't what young guys watch. :/ If thats the case, I doubt TNA will get the spot, unless the offer free candy and butt sex to the guys at Spiketv. And what audience? Spiketv is one of the most retarded stations I've ever watched. The only reason I watch it is for the shows of the WWE, and thats it. The rest of it is just plain and simple, crap.

Thats how it looks to me.

Quoted for great justice.

Good TNA Impact is back on air at 4 pm. **please note the promos involving dusty rhodes white truck and hay a.k.a. his office are omitted because they are just promos for the ppv.**

Abyss and Raven vs. Cassidy Riley and Mikey Batts. Winner-Abyss by blackhole slam. Abyss and Raven dominated the whole match. They blind tag each other in a few time. Abyss body press Batts outta teh ring grrr. BHS on Riley. Hardy appears on the screen saying come find me abyss (I am up top or a semi trailer)

Promo for JJ and DDP. Mike Tenay goes to the ring for an interview. JJ comes out to a wave of bood. JJ is the king of the mountian hes beaten everyone etc etc. Itz me its DDP music hits. Its time its time more catch phrases are said. commerical.

AJ Styles guest commentary. Fallen Angel Christopher Daniels vs. Chris Sabin Qualifier for Ultmiate X match( this sunday only on ppv). Winner- Daniels by ?angel crush?(double underhook face buster). A fine X division match with the caliber of Sabin in the ring. The match went back and forth. AJ did distract his nemesis the fallen angel. He knows Sabin is much better contender for the ultX match

The outlaw vs. Sonny Siaki Winner-Billy Gunn by Fame Asser. Really a short match had no point just hype up the new age outlaw(same person) size and strength.

Lovett and Buck Quatermain vs. The return of Displies of Destruction (DoD). Winner DoD by H-bomb? (double team move fake flapjack) Another short match just to so DoD is one badass group. but wait the team they fight this Sunday Phi delta slam (similar to 3 minute warning) comes to the ring.

Sharkboy vs. David Young (worst won/loss record in tna) with interference by chris candido and naturals. Winner David Young by spinebuster* They all celebrate the win like its the superbowl. (last week Young goes to the Director of Authority to ask for another chance The Dream says you get one more chance)

Alpha Male guest commentary Lance Hoyt vs. Apolo (debuts match on tna) Winner- Apolo by stunner (not the scsa stunner boys) Kid Kash was ringside interfering and what not. Lance was in control of the match until the knife-edge chops pissed off Apolo.

The lights turn out. Fog comes from the entrance. Monty brown: Screw this guys I am a going to pounce this sucker. OMFG Tritan magically appeared in the ring.

WWE is deeply negotiating with USA, and basically want to get hooked up with Paramount in general to expand their base. I don't know if Spike is honestly going to want another wrestling company at this point. When WWE left five years ago, USA looked at ECW very seriously, then at the last minute didn't sign them, and TNT and TBS cancelled WCW. So anyone who things Spike will automatically look to get wrestling back on the network immediately isn't thinking this through all the way. Not saying it can't happen, I'm just saying don't expect it to be a lock.

If they don't, this means my long standing boycott of the network over the shitty treatment of ECW, will indeed become a complete boycott of the networks programming. I urge other loyal ECW fans to do the same, yeah, the bastards aren't doing well anyway, but it never hurts to kick them in the crotch just a little more. FUCK YOU TNN...ER...SPIKETV!!!

Indeed. Don't get me wrong, SD! has a great set of wrestlers, just not as much action, or penache as RAW. :/

Yeah. Even though TR was cocky at times, he was still a good wrestler. I don't deny any of those guys credit, it's just some I don't give respect to cause of thier actions. And from what I can recall, Lesnar quit to play football, but now want to re-join, and things aren't going his way.

Its obvious that John Cena is going to win the Championship huh...

Yeah, it's going in that direction. :\

Yeah, the deal was supposed to save them, and make them better then ever, but TNN kept all the ad money, consequently ran ads through the show every five minutes, never advertised or promoted it (except during the show itself) and made ECW pay all the costs related to making their set and production values up to TNN's standards. They completely cannabilized the promotion.

Classic ECW is going to be run on WWE 24/7 along with all the other video footage WWE has.

I am glad the orginal US title is back. Cena spinner title lost its luster after he spun it one too many times.

Omfg k signing next SD. what will it be orton and taker meet and shake hand sign and leave,no, orton tries to rko taker but he chokeslams him,no, Sp1t yes. This way orton becomes more of a heel (which I wanted since unforgiven04) and starts to kill the legend of the Undertaker.
