I'm sorry to you all, but it seems that I won't be able to do the RAW reviews any longer. Some things have been happening these last few weeks, and I just won't be able to find the time to do so. But here's my last one, for the sake of doing so.

Kraidle's RAW IS... REVIEW!
******
Submission Match: 4/5
Chris Benoit vs. Chris Jericho
Oh hell yeah! This is what they should be doing here every week! Jericho and Benoit we're reversing and punishing each other, to the point where Jericho got busted open early in the match when Benoit was headbutting him. Benoit made Jericho tap, winning the match.

Evolution I:
Triple H and Flair were discussing the idea of Batista going to SmackDown! and becoming WWE Champion, saying that by doing this, they would surpass anything that D-X or The Horsemen ever did. This HAD to be scripted, what bullshit...

Christian Segment:
Well, Christian thought he was going to get interviewed by the Japanese press, but this didn't happen, as the reporter asked for Randy Orton when he saw Stacy Keibler. One thing led to another, and a match was made: Randy Orton vs. Tyson Tomko.

Maven vs. Batista:
This wasn't a match, but the spinebuster and powerbomb Batista did on Maven was very well done. However, immediately after the match, a clip was shown about Big Show dissing Batista, saying that he was a big fish in a small pond. Oh boy...

Batista Segment:
Well, Batista runs into Bischoff and wants the answers from him, one way or another. Bischoff begs Batista to stay with RAW, pointing out that RAW is, and has, the premier everything in the business. If you ask me, Bischoff's the one doing all of that.

La Resistance vs. William Regal & Tajiri: 3.1/5
Sure, they aren't doing SHIT with the tag team division, but this was a very good match. Nothing above average, but at least they knew what they were doing. Tajiri won it after a Mist/Buzzsaw combo. New tag champs, whoop-dee-doo.

Ric Flair vs. Shawn Michaels: 3.6/5
Another good match? Damn, usually, we only get one! Anywho, the match was very good, although their match at Bad Blood 2003 was better, in my opinion. But at least there was no interfeirence. HBK won after a Sweet Chin Music, and I think he may have fucked up his leg again, or was selling it pretty well.

Some Diva crap:
Divas show up. Simon disses crowd, Divas and King. Christy low blows him. I'd rather see her in the VIP videos, anyway.

Evolution II:
Well, Triple H and Ric break the plan over to Batista, saying that this way Evolution would have complete control. Batista said that he would think about it, so it may not have been the response they were expecting. Oh well.

Edge Segment:
Edge bitches about how he's always being overlooked, even though he's getting a title shot tonight in Japan. Man, what an ungrateful Canadian!

Edge vs. Triple H: 3.9/5
Holy crap, they should've done this sooner! I honestly thought Edge was going to win for a minute, seeing as how well was the match going. The turning point was when Edge and Triple H were going for a chair, and Batista takes it away. Edge stands on the apron, and Triple H shoves him from the apron into Batista. Wanting payback, Batista runs down Edge with a clothesline, giving Triple H the chance for the Pedigree. Damn. Edge deserved it, damn it.

Staredown:
Well, Batista was staring at the World Heavyweight Championship after raising Triple H's hand, and Triple H looks at Batista with concern. Ooooooooo. Cheerios.
******

That's it from me, then. Take care, and remember: Badass Faces ALWAYS prevail, mortals!

Brain: Peter, those are cheerios.

The joke is off topic... but it still kicks ass, lol!

Raw tonight was alright... however I missed the first hour.

I think they could have cut ou the maven segment, and the diva part to make some of theg matches longer. I think the submission match was cut short. The Edge/HHH match was very good as well. Some of these were near PPV quality. Damn tajiri got one huge pop after another, I wonder how they will like funaki when we see SD?

These past few years we have seen raw comming from places out of the u.s.. So far I think we've seen raw come from the UK, Purto Rico, and Japan. i can't remember if there are any others.

Overall it was one hell of a raw!

Considering Christy is going to pose for Playboy, and Amy Weber has given notice, they'll at least be getting some of these interchangeable chicks off TV soon. Weber had some talent, but the way the office is giving these girls the perks their used to in their modeling/acting work, it's just insane, considering the wrestlers don't get that kind of treatment, and these girls don't have actual contracts per se, and are getting paid on a per night deal.

Brock Lesner is suing WWE. Apperently he is trying to get rid of the no compete clause in his contract that he signed before he left.

ahahahahahahaha!

Everybody signs one of those when they come in...what a stupid idiot. Last I heard he was trying to get back in, but was asking Vince for more money, and less dates then Vince was willing to give him. Honestly, the only guy who should be payed to work part time is Taker because that gimmick will get stale pretty quick I think if he's around and working all the time. I think Brock may just be the stupidest man to have ever been in the business.

Here's what a lawyer had to say about the Lesnar suit:

A LAWYER'S TAKE ON BROCK LESNAR'S LAWSUIT
by John P. @ 2:12:00 PM on 2/8/2005

This is an area of law I practice in regularly (non-compete agreements). I read the complaint and while I don't practice in Connecticut (whose law on non-competes would apply), I do know Florida law would probably reduce the restrictions against Lesnar. Under Florida law, a non-compete for more than three years would generally be considered to be unenforceable because it is too long in duration. Courts also have the ability to lessen the geographic scope of the non-compete agreement. Therefore, a court may say that Lesnar wrestling in say, Japan, would not damage WWE's product here in the U.S. or in Japan, which it visits infrequently and may alter the agreement to allow Lesnar to wrestle in other areas of the world.

Lesnar probably will not be able to have the entire agreement thrown out. He will have a problem because the consideration (i.e. benefit) for the non-compete clause was WWE's agreement to release him from his contact early. So, Lesnar gained a benefit for signing the non-compete clause. Additionally, Lesnar claimed that this agreement is preventing him from making a living. He is lucky that he is not suing in Florida because Florida law specifically bans courts from considering "individualized economic or other hardship" when considering whether to enforce the non-compete agreement.

Bottom line, Lesnar probably will not be able to throw the entire agreement out. I believe he and WWE may be able to work out an agreement, which would allow him to participate in other, non-wrestling events outside the U.S. to make a living.

Honestly, Lesnar knew what he was signing, when he signed it. maybe the time limit is a bit harsh. Fact is though, WWE put a lot of time into developing Lesnar, as did their talent. Lesnar got something out of signing the deal as well, he was let out of his contractual obligations early. Brock is just getting caught for being arrogant and thinking that he wouldn't need the wrestling business again. I really don't have much sympathy for him since he really has done all this to himself

Nice..... I'm looking foreward for when it hits the shelves. I can just imagine the look on the Kings face when it comes out. LOL! And Lesnar suing the WWE, Genious, pure entertainment genious. It'll be fun to watch.

Yeah, although I kind of figure this might be what another poster here said, a last ditch effort to get Vince's attention and maybe get a deal done. Because, hell, even to settle with him Vince is going to pretty much need to talk to him, or at least talk to his attorneys, and then one side tells the other there's interest in working together again...ya never know, especially in this crazy ass business.

damn man. Just the mention of a Lesnar law suit and you nearly wet your pants with laughter. (It is pretty funny though)

I don't think he's really going to get anything out of it other than Vince's attention. He needs to compromise if he wants to work again.

WWE is very interested in Super Crazy. He is waiting for his hand to heal but I think it won't be long before we see him. He and Ultimo Dragon had talks with WWE while they were in Japan.

Indeed it is. Lesnar has no chance in hell [XD] of winning such a feat. lol

Yeah. He is a good wrestler. I'd love to see him go against Big Show again. Remeber that match they had a while back, Lesnar took show to the top rope, and[gets random call from crazy Indian lady]and slammed him to the canvas, almost breaking the entire ring? Talk about nutters.

I hear they're high on Super Crazy and it's a good possibility he'll come in.

Rock has now confirmed twice (once in an interview with Playboy) that he is indeed done with wrestling, his contract has expired, and he's going to focus on acting full time.

I hope I dont forget. Funaki should have a great crusierweight match, They should screw the japanese fans by giving them short jobbing matches. plus read the SD result just ruins it so no spoilers no matter what, Like anyones going to listen, I mean follow this. (notice petey in my sig.)

I don't know that I'd say Rock thinks he's a god, or used WWE, the man had doors opened for him because of it, and he used them. I don't see anything wrong with that, he made efforts to help where he could, and now? Well, he would like to move on, and the company needs to as well. Also, Rock did a lot more when he was in the ring to help out some people in terms of his selling and jobbing and whatnot, then some guys who have been where he was in terms of spot in the company.

Still, I did think his ring work was bad, and his character wasn't as interesting as most people thought it was, so no skin off my ass that he won't be doing those occassional appearances anymore.

LordKooler's Smackdown review
1.Eddie guerrero vs Kenzo suzuki
A good match to start off Smackdown. Kenzo suzuki got booed in his home country, I wonder why, Is it because of him saying that he loves the U.S.A? Eddie guerrero won at the end.
2.Mark Jindrak & Luther reigns vs The Bashams
A good tag team match. Jindrak & Reigns were doing good until the lights went out and the Undertaker came out. Luther reigns didn't want to fight him so he leaves without Mark Jindrak and Jindrak gets beat up by the undertaker. Didn't reigns say that he wasn't afraid of the Undertaker?
3.Funaki vs Chavo guerrero
Funaki got homefield advantage and recived cheers in his home country Japan. Chavo guerrero did a submission move called the octupus hold which was Japanese wrestling legend Antonio Inoki's finishing move. Funaki won at the end and and is still the Cruiserweight champion. It was just like when Tajiri & William Regal won the RAW tag team titles on monday in Tokyo, Japan. Both Tajiri & Funaki had homefield advantage and both won.
4.John cena vs Orlando jordan
A good match. John cena won at the end and will face Booker T in the Semi-finals next week.
5.Torrie Wilson vs Hiroko
Smackdown's version of the All American Fashion show. But with women in japanese Kimonos instead of western style fasion. Since her husband got booed in his home country. Hiroko got a mixed reaction. Hiroko lost the match after getting stripped to her underwear. But Torrie took off her Kimono after the match showing the crowd her sexy underwear. Hiroko isn't that attractive. But Torrie is so hot.
6.JBL segment
A funny segment. JBL brings out Godzilla and says that both him and the Big show are dinosaurs. Then Godzilla fall down and his face landed on the WWE championship. JBL begins to take off his clothes and strips down to his underwear. I think if JBL took off the underwear, He would'ive been wearing a Thong. Then the big show comes out and JBL says "You two dinosaurs should talk, I don't want to have anything to do with this." Then JBL attacks big show and calls the Cabinet. but Big show fought back. And at the end, Big show called out Sumo wrestling legend Akebono. From Hawaii, Akebono was the first foreign rikishi to be promoted to the top rank of Yokozuna in January 1993. he is the tallest and heaviest yokozuna in sumo wrestling history.
7.Kurt angle vs Rey mysterio
A great match to end Smackdown. Kurt angle won at the end. Advancing to the finals because both the Undertaker & Rene dupree didn't win their match last week.

Wew I almost missed agian it, but Whats the real reason for Teddy not going to japan or was he of the air but still there.

the Black tiger vs. Kenzo. what them japs were booing the native. To easily predicable eddie would win. Instead of the You Suck chants they give the THUMBS DOWN.

Damn Luther is a badass mofo. but sadly angle isnt going to headline wm 3Xs in a row.

Bashams lucked out cuz luther was pissed!1111!. So Luther vs. Taker at NWO.

Incorrect in the barb cage match I wouldn't be surprised if they didnt have any gashes too dramatic just cuts on their toros. it might be protective tip. ROTFL JBL was shot hahahaha. continued from * bucko was straight trippin holmes.

Funaki with a huge pop= face+japanese, obviously.

Anyone notice the red lights in the crowd (cameras) I thought it was red eye deduction but it was too bright. *

New WM commerial. I thought we were going to see some snatch. Alot better than Trips commerical. Icing on the cake Moolah and Mae Young

oh that was unexpected, Cena won. agian in coinstantaneously, you cant see me. FU wins agian like RKO nobody kicked out of it in a long time.

Hirko shouldnt be in any matches, but nice ass though. An aeroplane spin wins I was hoping for a torchor rack or samoan drop.

Jbl dino segment was one word- Hilarious- stripping down just to set a trap for show.

What a great match. That jumping bean had no chance agianist Angle. So many counters and near falls yet in the end the ground angle lock pwns joo.

somebody pince me. JBL was actually entertaining and funny! And what a huge pop for Funaki, they were chanting his name all through-out the match, i think his pop was bigger than Tajiri's. What suprised me more was the fact they booed Kenzo. I guess they think he sucks too. I thought jbl calling carlito a chi pet was funny. And that WM commercial with the mae/moola ending was classic! A good show tonight!

I think Kenzo probably worked over there as a heel before. He certainly seemed to be playing up a certain character when he was in the ring.

Plus, they still had Funaki to cheer for. It was a decent show overall, even though SD! is still stuck in a completely predictable course until Wrestlemania, we got some good work, and yes, I will admit, JBL actually entertained me. I was thinking yesterday that JBL's problem is that he's actually a decent talker and actor, but his wrestling is below par (especially for the WWE Champion), but he's definitely proven he can be a useful heel. Just not a top guy
