I was debsting with a friend at school today about which "era" of wrestling and which Wrestlemania was the best...He had said that 92 was the best year for the WWF, and that WM 8...or was it 9...was the best..

I had said I liked 96-2000 or the attitude era the best...more action, and the WM Where stone Cold and Bret Hart went at it was the best...Not sure what number that was...

So here is the real question fro you guys...Which era or year(s) do you think was or is the best of wrestling? Also What is your fav PPV (assuming you've seen at least one) of all time?

My fav PPV was the 98 King of the Ring where Mick foley fell of the Hell in the Cell

My fav eras had to be the Kliq era tied with the attitude era. My fav wrestlemania is wrestlemania 12 when bret fought HBK in an iron man match or wrestlemania 10 with the greatest ladder match of all time was held Razor ramon vs HBK.

My fav ppv beyond the ones ive listed had to be ( i cant remember the PPV name please post if you know ) but it was HBK vs mankind in a casket match.....

I really can't answer. I've only taken up watching wrestling again in the last year or so, so i really can't say much on eras, though I wish i had watched it during the attitude era. I've also never bothered watching the PPV (i can't afford it) but the coolest match i've ever seen was that 8 man tagteam ladder match between Jeff Hardy and RVD, Christian and Chris Jericho, The Dudleys and Kane (his partner Hurricane wasn't even there, as i recall. Some hero)

in some other news Lance Storm suffered a deeply bruised pelvic by the hands of Mark Henery who slamed him during a house show..Storm was in so much pain that he had to use crutches to walk...He should be back in a week or so since nothing is broken and he is imporving...Damn Henry...need to watch where you sit...lol

a poll on wwe.com is asking what young superstar has the brightest future. Interestingly enough, people think Sylvan Grenier has a brighter future then Rene Dupree. what add to it is that Grenier also has a brighter future then Chris Nowinski...

1.Kurt Angle/John cena segment
Not really that good, Kurt angle tries to look for brock lesnar but is attacked by john cena from behind.
Then cena escapes by car. After that, Kurt angle tells a guy to drive him so kurt can look for cena.
2.Los Guerreros vs matt hardy & shannon moore
A very good match, At the end we saw eddie getting attacked by matt hardy because matt was upset about losing the match. Then charlie haas came out and put eddie in the haas of pain!
3.Crappy A-train segment
That was so stupid. A-train wants to wrestle someone
but then he forces a staff member to wrestle him.
4.Rey mysterio vs tajiri
Another great smackdown match. Tajiri did a red poison mist and a kick to win the cruiserweight title!
5.Basham brothers vs jamie noble & bradshaw
I didn't really like that match.
6.Eddie guerrero vs charlie haas
I thought eddie was gonna lose his u.s championship
belt to haas. But eddie hits haas with the belt to win!
7.Smackdown heavyweight championship segment
Another bad segment. It's all about how brock won the belt at that iron man match from last week.
Then undertaker comes out and says that he wants to wrestle brock for the title at no mercy.
Then after stephanie comes out, Vince tells her that he will face stephanie at no mercy in an "I quit" match

Hey guys, sorry about me going AWOL but comp was screwing up. Personally I'm getting sick of McMahon screwing up everything in the WWE. I loved Brock when he had no one and just faught, no talk, just F-5. And I also think that "I Quit" McMahon match is just downright the STUPIDEST MATCH EVER IN WWE/WWF history. Now that Taker/Brock match will be good. I hope its just like the No Mercy from last year with a Hell In a Cell and Taker Last Rides Brock through the cage or onto a announce table from the top and gets back HIS title. Also I hope they bring some new faces into Smackdown cause im getting sick of seeing Matt/A-Train/Cena/Hass/Benjamin/and McMahan every single god forsaken match and week.Whatever happened to that trading thing between Raw and Smackdown!?

In some Wrestling news: Steve "Lethal Weapon" Blackman is considering haveing the neck sergery Angel had. If he does in a few monthe he would be recovered from surgery and go to OVW (Ohio Vally Wrestling) to work off the "Ring-Rust." He had suffered some bone spirs in his neck and has been out for a while.

I think thats good. Thing is where would WWE put him? I say Smackdown, there are more technical guys there, and a Blackman/Benoit match would be cool!

I didn't see smackdown! so I did not know Tajiri did 2 mists again.

It looks like Keven Nash may not get a contract renewel. He is already out with some injuries and his spot in the punisher. He is currently pushing for a fued between him and Goldberg: no word on that yet.

I dont watch wrestling anymore its goten to stupid and every fight ends with some one entering the ring when hes not suppost to i like old wrestling with the likes of: Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, The Undertaker, Legon of Doom, Ultamite Warior, Yokozuna, Jake the Snake, Macho Man Randy Savage, and other such names. wrestaling today has gotten to the point of it almost being a soap show

thats just what it is now...A soap for men. The wrestlers you listed are definatly great but don't you think some of todays talent is good? With guys like Angel, Eddie, Jericho, and Orton its hard to say that it sucks..The main problem I think, is the lack or creativity going into the scripts. If they juiced that up it would make a hell of a difference.
