Anyway, due to all the time I spent with Don recently, I have lost my place in posting yet again. Therefore I will tell you what I did last night...

1. Met up with him at 6:00pm and took a ride in his Ford Focus courtesy car.

2. Take a tour of the local fitness club.

3. Ride to Canadian Tire and buy some shit.

4. Ride to his apartment to drop off the shit.

5. Ride to the Ford dealership to get his fixed van back (and surprise his ex)

6. Ride to Home Depot and buy more shit.

7. Take a walk around Mill Lake, barefoot - It was dark, misty and raining, parts of the trail were flooded with crystal-clear water, there were a few low lumps of hard snow, most of the lake was covered with a melting 1.5" sheet of ice, and there was no one there except for a few near the end. We both enjoyed the feeling.

8. Ride to his apartment (and get out of our wet clothes).

9. Shower, eat, and do some electrical work with the stuff we bought.

10. Go home.

Yeah, that was quite a day to remember.

Some say HOMO Depot! I really could have spent more time looking at lots more stuff and slacking off.

I was afraid to go at first. I thought that it was too cold and my feet too sensitive, after all only a week ago it was -10 C but it was now +10 C so quite warm actually. Konrad talked me into it and it was so invigorating and a lot of fun. It took at least 45 minutes to walk around that lake. The textures of the pavement, gravel, puddles and grass were amazing. Some girls walking by said 'hey I like your feet" to Konrad. My feet are still tingling.

8. Ride to his apartment (and get out of our wet clothes).

We were nearly soaked to the skin but felt amazingly warm.

9. Shower, eat, and do some electrical work with the stuff we bought.

We showered together to save hot water and have more fun.

10. Go home.

I t was still raining. It's raining today and will rain for at least 3 more days!

Yeah, that was quite a day to remember.

That is one fun time and I will always remember the experience. Everyone should try it!

Yeah, I tend to do that quite a lot when I'm with friends - Reminds me of the time I talked everyone (but Ben) to walk in the cold water on the shores of Vancouver, then barefoot through the streets of Vancouver.

As for yesterday, I was confident enough to leave my shoes in the van, but let Don bring his just in case.
