you might be a redneck if, your email ends with @over dot yonder dot com.
and when we said our size, they're like "HOLY FUCK! we have like 800 kids...IN ONE CLASS!"
lol, now you're not being serious by ant chance are you?
no seriously, there are schools that have huge graduating class sizes. they have 4 times as many kids in one grade as we have in our entire school just about.
my father grew up in detroit, MI and went to a huge city school, his graduating class was near 2000, thats right, two thousand!
hahaha.
where i live, Labour has now won the election twice in a row. you know that little rat of a prime minister that comes to your country once in a while to kiss your president's ass? yeh, him... he got it again :)
my state (new york) is predominantly liberal (democrats) and thats how it'll go around here, but up where i am, middle of fucking no where, its predominantly conservative (republicans)
but since new york city and buffalo and albany and other liberal areas out populate us by a huge margin, even if all of upstate NY votes for bush, the state's electoral votes will still go towards kerry.
and the most recent CNN poll shows that if the swing states (states that could go either way for bush or kerry) stay in what trend the polls were, Bush would be ahead by only a few electoral votes, but neither canidate will have the 270 electoral votes needed to be president, then it goes to congress, and they'll vote on who's gonna be president, which means Bush will win because the congress is controlled in both the senate and the house by republicans.
electoral votes = each state has so many votes towards the election, depending on the outcome of the total votes in the state, the one with the most votes in that state will get all of the states electoral votes. and to become president you need to have 270+ electoral votes (getting majority in enough highly populated states to equall so many)
and if it isn't clear, like neither of them get 270, it goes to congress, and they vote on who will be president.
the thing about the 2000 election was that there wasn't every state had a clear winner, florida was too close to call, and both canidates appealed to the courts for recounts, so that one of them could get florida for 270 votes.
since it wasn't a matter of not enough electoral votes each, but a matter of votes in just one state, it went straight to the supreme court.
this year they are trying to fix the whole debocle
lol, it'll be the doom of us all.
havn't seen TEAM AMERICA: WORLD POLICE, eh?
