I walked into the shop with $40 in my pocket, picked up United Abominations, looked at it, then walked out of the shop again.
I can't do it.

Just get the damn album, even though it's one of their weakest albums (not as weak as Risk, however). Did you go to the shops just to get the album, but end up not getting it?

Of course they are. I just didn't realise that until recently.

Nah, i'd rather buy some crack instead. Better use of money.
And I went just to have a look, but I had money on me if I wanted to buy something. United Abominations, Obituary's Xecutioner's Return, and Cradle of Filth's Dusk... And Her Embrace were the only other good albums I could find, and I just decided to leave and not get anything.

Also, the other day, I decided to give Cryptic Writings another chance and the album is quite good, but it wasn't what I was expecting, so I was really disappointed with the album when I heard it ages ago. :PC.mon, Cryptic is awesome!
Trust, Almost honest and Use the Man areawesome!
Cryptic Writings was the same and first attempt as Risk, but successful. So between fans, its another debatable album. It's popish without being too dominant of an element in the album. However, it still has strong metal elements in certain songs, like she wolf. Being so successful on charts AND fans, it was the reason for Risk to come out...Which upset fans way badly but was still a chart successful album on the bright side.
However...Almost Honest was like an aerosmith replica of a song, and I hate it to pieces.
Use the Man I can agree is a good song. I only listen to the album selectively. I love it, but when im not in a metal mood.
RoseSOAS: you should know i dont think this far ahead
Me made simple: well you already thought as far as holding a chicken while in your underwear
Trust is definitely my favourite from Cryptic Writings.

You would have gotten Cradle Of Filth instead of Megadeth?
and you called me emo for listening to one In Flames song... Not that Cradle Of Filth is emo or anything..

Dusk... And Her Embrace is Cradle Of Filth's debut and ONLY black metal album.
And I got United Abominations.
My dad bought it for me when he was in Thailand. He got it real cheap.

Doesn't change the fact its Cradle of Filth.

Wait, Cradle Of Filth was once called BLACK METAL?
That's almost as gay as when Machine Head made that Nu-metal album.
And I got United Abominations.
Good.
Damn, i missed out on seeing Megadeth this year on the Gigantour, after a while the fuckers decided to do one more show in Sydney and make it all ages...fucking stupid fucks.
