Kouga was the original leader...for the first 2 pages. after that inuyasha and miroku took over, then tink became a leader as well, then kouga came back as leader. The deciding factor should be if the character or show has ever had a show. Like Gungrave, Legend of Zelda, and Final Fantasy have all had their own show.

Sorry for the double-post, but I just realized something; I think I held the record for longest time spent as one character. I chose to be Shippou on page 15 and didn't change until page 796 - that's 781 pages as a single character.

However, I hold the record for being the longest continuous member. Unofficially, I joined on page 2 and never left. I officially joined as Shippou on page 15, so the record is either 806 or 793 pages (and still rising).
