Goriest anime... Um.. I think Angel Cop is. I haven't seen many gory animes though. No reason, just haven't. Angel Cop is a little old though.

Well, i think that trying to EVEN say which anime is the goriest is an impossible job :p, but by my side the goriest one is... Hellsing!!! (i know it isnt the GORIEST, but i like it :D)

Angel Sanctuary is also pretty gory.

Case Closed and Inuyasha are my two fav animes.

yeah I have to agree, those guns can do some damage, and I have to disagree with the whole inuyasha ending at that episode, inuyasha is has more episodes than that ( well atleast according to rumore)

Kite... I watched it but I couldn't figure out if it was a Hentai w/ a good story and action scenes or an ok action anime with sex scenes.

LOL, I had the same feeling as I was watching it...

It does have the mindless and gratuitous sex that Bible Black does... But it actually has a GOOD story.
