New info on the game: It's title is going to be Happy Lesson Advance (as far as I heard, could be wrong though) Japan already has it out for some Playsation consol, anyway the chances of it being released in the U.S look good

The handheld would be the PSP. It supposedly has even more power than it's less portable cousin, the PS2, but it will cost you a pretty penny.
