I'm back from being out of the house all day yesterday. I got the last 2 volumes of Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi and Azumanga Daioh volume 2 all for 60 dollars. Also I visited the general forums and saw this funny bbs image i got myself:

Actually the form of those pictures WERE made in Japan!
Some of the art is from there, if you could give me a reason wh it's not Anime related then I will choose another character.
For now I want Murdoc to stick with me. If you've read some manga, Gorillaz did go to Japan for a concert! So some manga was made for them... Isn't that a good reason to use Murdoc as an anime character??

Ever heard of outsourcing? A lot of american cartoonss have asian artists. The clerks animated series was sent to Korea to be made, but it's still American.
Good morning aasha. Well heres a question for you all. What are some good animes to consider buying. Consider your suggestion with my anime list which might discribe what animes i like:

2.The first 5 dvds of .hack//sign
*3.Parallel Trouble Adventure Dual!
4.Final Fantasy Unlimited dvs 1 and 2 (kinda hated it)

*7.First two dvds of Trigun
*8. First two dvds of Azumanga Daioh

Entires with a * before it means I like what I have seen and if i dont have the entire collection i will buy the other dvds as they come out or when i get a chance to buy them. Anyone know of any good anime they could fit in my list that I might consider buying?

Good point, but if the Japanese made a manga because the Gorillaz went there for a concert,* and one of their own band members is Japanese!*
Since those Japan people made a manga for them, won't that be considered Anime orientated?

Lol, um hate to brake it to ya but the style is really Austrailian. Ever read tank girl comics? The ones by the same guy who does the videos for gorrilas? It emulates anime yes but its not. Plus I can't ever remember seeing a manga about them in any store so just stick with Tetsuo. Hes cooler any way, not to rip on Gorillas.

Hmmm... that's something new, but no I was talking about 'Gorillaz'... yeah I've seen Tank Girl and read that comic before, they do have a few things in common, but not very much in common!
Well, if that's the case, I'll just stick to Tetsy for awhile...

those are some nice dvds i've seen some like final fantasy and the (dot) hack ones... i think i've seen the dvds of trigun... another good anime dvd to buy is the movie of cowboy bebop... not to nark on gorrillas i've seen the music videos and thier cool but if the're not of real anime origin he cant be your caracter am i right wonko?
