It appears Made in Abyss is returning to Toonami's lineup next week, and a second season premiered in Japan this July. Hopefully, US audiences won't have to wait 5 years like we did for season 1.
Where can I find anime made in the 1970s and 1980s to watch?

'80s, I love Vampire Hunter D (1985), Blood Reign: Curse of the Yoma, Nausicaa and Akira. VHD is a favorite. Fist of the North Star the show is fun despite the censorship, but the movie is a blast.
'70s, the 2nd series of Lupin the Third started in '78. It's one of my favorite shows.

Oh and there's Bubblegum Crisis. '80s as fuck.

Hey, you! Good to see another old fellow! I gave up cable in 2015, but I have all the Toonami shows we grew up with on my HD plus all those bumps/idents. Those music videos and stuff. I heard there's some controversy about this show Made in Abyss? I was kinda liking Vinland Saga. First time I got pretty engaged in an anime since Dororo (2019). I almost feel like I've run out of the stuff. But I thought that before I saw those, so my mind's open!
The Curse of Kazuo Umezu. Trippy horror OVA from 1990. Check it out!
hells paradise is really cool. definitely my favorite currently airing show.

Might check it out. Only ones I liked that I saw from the past 10 years were Dororo, Vinland Saga and Chainsaw Man (and I didn't like how much of a creep Denji was, but the show was still fun). Recent discoveries outside that, there's the Curse of Kazuo Umezu from 1990.
@DoctorStrongbad have you ever watched Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann?

I've been binging Bleach, and watching the arrancar arc and I love it.
I'm a fan of chainsaw man and I follow the manga, which I rarely even read manga, but it's one the few I keep with
Those are my favorites.

I hope someday they bring the Golgo 13 manga to America. I know they published some in America. But i'd like to see the whole series in published in America in omnibuses, like Berserk.
