I still haven't read it yet, but it's on my list of VNs to read. Currently reading G-Senjou no Maou. I've already finished Tsubachi's route and that was enjoyable -- it could've been way better, though.

Is it too late for me to repent, sirs? I think I've sinned way too much to stay in this club. Please forgive me, God, for I have seen the light. I'd do anything to not be excommunicated.

Was it as depressing as when Cowboy's best friend Spike was killed and he had to transform into Super Cowboy Bepop?

It was the most important character definining moment for Cowboy in the series...

I am not in the mood for your shit right now, not one of those endings was happy.

Boy, it sure is lame in here.

I just checked out the first episode of Highschool of the Dead.

The action is entertaining, and it's well animated, and that's what kept me watching. The writing isn't very good, but it's serviceable, I guess. I wasn't expecting much in that department from the title. The opening is incredibly formulaic. But hey, a zombie apocalypse opening still manages to entertain me, even when I know exactly what's going to happen.

I don't really like the character designs, but whatever. I usually don't with anime these days.

The biggest problem, which I'm sure would be obvious to anybody that's seen the show, is the ridiculous amount of 'fanservice'. It's terrible, awful, and way too prevalent in the show. I have to wonder about the
'fans' that are being 'serviced' by a shot of a girl with her skirt up, while she's having the top half of her body torn apart by zombies. It's a disturbing double image.

It's just so... Ugh. Annoying.

If I watch any more of it, it'll be because the action in the first episode was good. If I don't watch any more, it'll be because of the god damn pantyshots.

Can you give me a good unknown anime?

It's not about the destination.

It's about the journey.

I just watched End of Evangelion after marathoning the series for the second time...my ego can't take much more...mental...cotamination.
Over the next week I will be picking up the boxsets of Blood+, Death Note, Stand Alone Complex and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I've already seen Death Note but...are these other animes as good as people say they are. Hopefully I have not wasted my money.

Still thinking about Saya no Uta, WHY COULDN'T SAYA GET A HAPPY END DAMN IT D:.

Sorry, but it looks like you will be.

Speaking of Evangelion, 2.0 is taking too long to come out. I could always just look for a 720p rip elsewhere, but I prefer owning it, and watching it in 1080p. I liked the first movie, but I hear this one is much better.

He said 'unknown', I'm pretty sure D. Gray-man is anything but that. A good(rather obscure to most) anime would have to be the Tetsujin 28 remake that came out in 2004, I just started it myself and looks very promising.

This one might be rather debatable as well, but Giant Robo: The Day the Earth Stood Still is another one that isn't talked about very much anymore.

Or hell, if we really want to get unknown here, then Tokimeki Tonight just starting getting subbed. I watched the first episode and adored it, we don't get shows like that anymore.

Heat Guy J, Sunred, The Skull Man, Sadamitsu the Destroyer, Heroic Age. And double to Tetsujin 28, the most faithful to the manga than the other four anime.

This weeks Level E, Zombie Desu Ka and Dragon Crisis were awesome. Next week in Dragon Crisis is the token beach episode, oh boy I can't wait.

I just re-watched princess mononoke, still one of my favorites.
but I didn't recall the main character being such a badass, seriously. he talked to killer demons who said they were going to bite his head off, he blocked arrows with a SWORD. he even took out people with full armor with nothing but arrows.

Oh boy this season has such original and exciting shows! When the main cast go on wacky adventures on the beach, boy that's a lot of fun to watch.

Especially after the 1000th time XD

So it's Shotaro Ishinomori's birthday today. Sure its not a big as deal since he's dead and all, but whatever. He's the current Guiness World Record holder of most manga published and created some cool stuff you'll definitely recognize.

Cyborg 009, Skull Man, Kamen Rider, 8 Man and Android Kikaider. All of them classics, all are definitely series worth looking into, the guy was great.

Unforutately, for people like you who don't have brains, you're easily entertained by such stupidities.

It's funny cause I started ignoring your posts a while ago.

Caught up with GOSICK because I had been neglecting it for other shows, pretty cool mystery. I loled when she pulled out the pipe.

You're only going to see more and more. Still, the show is pretty awesome so far. I haven't finished it, though, and I forgot which number episode I was on.

Naw, I'm sick of that, too. Too many shows just have to have an episode that has a weak excuse for them to go to a hot spring or beach. same redundant shit over and over. Oh, I wonder if the male lead character will accidentally see them naked and get struck over the head by one of them or something else equally hilarious.

I watched Barefoot Gen last night, what a great film. I found some of the acting to be a bit off(I watched this in Japanese, with subtitles), and the films budget shows it's age at times. But compared to Grave of the Fireflies, I feel that I appreciate this one a bit more-- because it's more about looking for a glimmer of hope, and moving on, even after suffering unbearable losses.

Either way, people should probably be watching something like this instead of the latest "WACKY BEACH ADVENTURES" episode in whatever slice of nothing anime that people watch these days watch.

Milking of a Shonen Jump anime/manga at it's worst. I would think that Oda would think of something else besides of pirates and possible fetishes by now, but I would be greatly mistaken. Oh well.
