Funimation has it licensed, but it won't be available until 2011.

I'm not even gonna bother asking why. Once all the new movies come out I am gonna buy them all along with a box set of all the episodes.

Hell Girl

It's okay, but it does get weird real quick. Might be worth it if you're into demons and selling souls, stuff like that.

xxxHolic

Probably the best bet among the 4 anime you mentioned, especially if you love random bizzare stuff and CLAMP animation style.

Moriboto

Highly disapointed with this one, the storyline is slow as hell and the action is average at best.

Project Arms

I haven't heard too much of it, but a few of my friends say this is a good one.

Hell Girl

Interesting show, worth a look.

xxxHolic

Pretty entertaining if you liked Cardcaptor and/or Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. If not you'll be lost

Moriboto

It's okay from what I saw

Well, weird is more than fine by me. I watch a lot of surreal, bizarre movies.

Those can be fine themes depending on how they're done.

random? It depends. So this is not an entirely serious show? When I think "lolrandom" in a good way, I think of Sealab or something.

Moriboto

seeing as I would expect this to be an action-filled epic, reading this puts me off it.

Project Arms
I haven't heard too much of it, but a few of my friends say this is a good one.

All I can think to expect is some bloody stylized action.

probably gonna skip this, then.

But I recommend Welcome to the NHK and GTO.

Or, if you're a piece of shit that should die in a fire and never wake up, watch K-On and Bleach.

Woah, chill bro. Not everything has to be engaging and complex. If you can't appreciate the simpler stuff like cute girls doing cute things I feel sorry for you.

Damn, all the way untill 2011?

Oh well, I'm sure it will be worth the wait. Like I said before, 1.11 was one of the best looking Bluray movies I've ever watched, so I'll gladly pay $30 for the next one.

Except I do appreciate that stuff. I loved Lucky Star and I am enjoying Azumanga Daioh. What K-ON lacks, that these two have, is humor. K-On has essentially no plot, no humor, or really anything. It's just typical moeblob kawaii anime girls.

I'm thinking about watching Zero no Tsukaima, Shakugan no Shana and maybe This Ugly Yet Beautiful World because it's also by Gainax. Some asshole spoiled the ending for me though.

I also started reading Ichinensei ni Nacchattara. It's about a 17 year old boy who dies and is reconstructed as a 7 year old girl. It's quite interesting.

Zero no Tsukaima ls one of the best anime i've ever seen you should definitely watch it XD

There is no dispute that the characters in DBZ are the strongest in any manga series

Probably second only to some of the Marvel Villains in terms of fiction in general

Don't give me any of the 'God is fiction' crap

Plus nobody could ever outdo DBZ in terms of sheer over the top action because it would be painfully transparent

Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggan may have something to say about that about over the top action, what with galaxies being tossed like ninja stars and dimensional travel made easy with sprial power. And the feeling of fuck you physics, logic and oxygen, we got Fighting Spirit!

You're right with the transparent stuff, considering it's all a glorified universial pissing contest to see who is the most "l33t badass SSJ" ever.

yup. DBZ, without a doubt, has the physically strongest characters ever.

I watched the Raditz arc, and Goku and Raditz still seemed to talk too much just like the old one, whether or not any dialogue was cut.

Watched 5 episodes of Wolf's Rain now, and honestly I'm finding it pretty boring.

I'm really trying to see the show that I've seen praised countless times, but I just can't find it. All I can see is a show with a ridiculous premise, dull characters, and generally nothing interesting happening.

Even when a giant robot showed up, it still managed to be pretty dull.

Does this show get better? Or am I wasting my time?

As an aside, I really think the whole wolf/human thing is underused. They should really show the characters as wolves more often, i.e. when it makes sense for them to be wolves rather than people. For example, there was a shot where the youngest one was licking the wound of the white haired one. It looked ridiculous with them both being people. Another example is when they're running through the snow. I just kept thinking "why do they still look like people?". Also when they were eating a deer.

But most badass to be sure

He could probably beat Goku at any point before he learns Kaioken
