Sure, you just have to fill out this form.

1.) Your five favorate animes and a sentence or two about each.
2.) What kind of animes do you dislike?
3.) WHat orignally got you into anime?

Utter bollocks.

It's nigh-impossible to look past the ludicrous shock content, and even if you can, the plot is incredibly lacking.

Plus, it's one of those "TV adapations of a manga that ended before the manga did", so it doesn't even truly have a proper ending.

Common fucking knowledge.

It's hard to be an anime fan and not be aware of the rampant piracy.

Maybe for you, but I watched the whole series in one night. If you can't see how the story unfolds itself, I can see why you're so hostile towards the show. Please just drop this topic on a show that I like and you don't. It's rather annoying, for the both of us I might state.

I don't care why you liked Elfen Lied, in fact, none of us do.

1)
1a. Bokusatsu Tenshi: Hilarious anime, the characters and animations are smooth, and the way sakura dies is innovative and comic :D
2. Claymore: HOLY FUCKING SHIT. I almost couldn't handle this series, for it had all the moments that could make up a white-hot intense drama - action series, and it never stopped climaxing until the last minute of the last episode. Epic series IMO
3. Code Geass: Not everyone's favorite anime by what I've heard, and some of them are right in some aspects of the show. It's a little slow picking up, but I love the concept of the powers that one of the main characters attains in the beginning of the series.
4. Strawberry Panic! : This is a strange one that I recently finished, and I liked it's story and plot more than anything.
5. Green Green : Really funny ecchi with one of the saddest endings I've ever seen, still awesome.

2) I haven't found an anime that I don't like, but I guess the closest I could get is old anime's with half-assed voice acting and crappy plots

3) I am studying to become a foreign exchange student in Japan next year, and my friends in my IT academy enjoy watching fansubs, so I thought I'd give it a try and I loved it, along with other Japanese culture such as cuisine, and language :D

Hope you guys get enough outta that :D

We need a pirate ship.

And eyepatches.

And dueling scars.

And obese sidekicks with buck teeth and floppy hats.

We're here to change that.

Also, don't knock old anime with bad voice acting, that stuff is better than 90% of modern shite.

Something good.

Or at least something so bad that it's awesome.

Like Violence Jack, Mad Bull 34 or Angel Cop.

I gave up after the first episode, after the show stole that scene from Akira, and made it more violent, and then had the character pull out her breasts every 3 seconds.

Way to post a spam post the very instant I post.

Wonder who's alt you are...

Anyway I don't usually discuss this but I think you guys really should hear about the way they killed off a character in the latest 2 chapters of bleach. It is incrediably kickass.

Mayuri is fighting Apoche, and mayuri uses his bankais gases to make Apoche explode while he is holding nemu captive. Apoche is gone, then he likes rips out of nemu like he was from the movie alien saying he can live forever by impreganting women with him self.

Mayuri then tells Apoche that he was infected with the superman drug when he entered nemus body and that the super man drug causes every second to strecth out for a century through Apoche's eyes. But his explantion of the drug is very long and complex, so Apoche hears mayuris explantion for hundreds of thousands of years. Then mayuri very slowely pireces APoche's hand and then his heart right afterwords very very slowely. And the instant he stabs it into the heart he says: "Enjoy yourself for the next hundred years."

This has got be one of the top ten best deaths in anime history, seriously.

I wouldn't know, I never watched that far into the show before I quit but I could've swore itachai could only make people repeat things for 72 hours, not 100 years.

But either way the whole one second lasting a long time is not a new concept i am sure it has been done many times

I haven't seen anything like that before in animes, or at least not any dreath like that.

so it hardly counts as one of the best animes death in history.

Yes it does, it was quite epic. Buy chapter 305 and 306 yourself.

It really was an epic death.

They are slightly different, in naruto its the same secodn repeated for 72 hours as in bleach it is one second streched out for a hundred years. So if you get stabbed in the heart in naruto = You keep getting stabbed over and over, in bleach getting stabbed = getting stabbed very slowely without the blade ever leaving.

Well from the top of my head naruto is the only one that comes to mind.

Exactly.

I stopped watching bleach after the whole soul society ark. It should had ended there before it started to drag on. IT IS DEATH TO ME.

The bleach anime was only great during the soul society ark, the recent arks have just been so so in the anime. But the latest two arks have been very good in the manga version.

Also how come you only post late at night? (Or for me anyway.)
