I stopped opening the door since the beginning, but they still fucking knock. They obviously don't know to only trick or treat at houses where the porch light is on.

Ugh, that is pretty goddamned creepy.

Fortunately (with the exception of a few costume-less douchebags shouting "HAPPY KWANZA!"), I had a fairly sane turnout of generic costumes (way too many pirates, more specifically, too many Jack Sparrows) and well-behaved children (no egg-throwing or decoration-smashing).

I had drunk marines in togas wandering around the barracks. Also, one Inspector Gadget, and a couple Iraqi's. I had no candy so I handed out pizza and beer.

Sounds fucking awesome.

Kudos on the excellent choice of treats, I'd fucking love to get pizza on Halloween.

I had no candy so I told everyone to go away.

Largely because I was angry that they kept interrupting my viewing of The Nightmare Before Christmas with their incessant knocking.

I had a lot of kids in ordinary costumes, but a few stood out in the crowd: a boy dressed as Tony Stewart, the NASCAR driver; another boy went as a hockey player, complete with skates; a girl dressed up like a geisha.
I somehow ran out of candy halfway through the night, but nobody egged the house, TP'd the trees, or even rang the doorbell after I closed up shop at 7 (In Grove City, Ohio, trick-or-treating is from 6 to 8).
Now for something completely different - I have a question that actually pertains to anime. Has anyone seen Comic Party Revolution? I see commercials on The Anime Network that make the series look good, but I couldn't stand to watch the first episode; there was just something about it that made me want to change the channel.

I actually did end up going trick-or-treating by being my little brothers shaperown., I said "Hey, wtf! The bunch of old people in this trailer park have way to much candy, i'll gertb some and settle my candy cravings."

So...yeah...

I had an alright Halloween. I went to school dressed up in a suit, and said "I am Stephen Colbert." I had to borrow a teachers Glasses, and the look was complete. There was a costume contest with different categories. Classiest, Scariest, Funniest, and Most Original. I thought I was in "Most classiest," but because I said I was Stephen Colbert, they put me in "Most Original." Which jewed me, because I lost the competition, and the prize to a fucking wizard with a sword. I was so close, but so far. Oh well, 20 dollar gift certificate at the mall would be lame, but I LOST! AS STEPHEN COLBERT!

A wizard with a sword?! Everyone knows that character class can't equip heavy bladed weapons! If I were you, I'd demand a recount.

I would, but he had a beard, and said "IM A WARLOC/WIZARD." Most people assumed he was a wizard, and since people in real life aren't all nerds, they assumed that he could have a sword.

Fucking badass.

I was going to think of some kind of awesome costume, but gave up since I knew I'd be at home sick.

Which reminds me, I'm still feeling shitty.....yay me.

"Most classiest"?

And how exactly is dressing up as a wizard considered original?

You'd've thought after Harry Potter was such a success, you'd get a bunch of people like that.

I'm planning on watching Lunar Legend Tsukihime. I also plan on checking out Spirit Warrior, but I have low expectations of it.

5 episodes into Serial Experiments Lain.

I preferred it when I thought it seemed like an interesting story about an anti-social girl communicating with a dead girl through email, rather than a pseudo horror assault on the internet.

Hello. I would like someone clarify on a purchase please.

Dialogue : Japanese
Subtitle : Chinese/English/Off
Region : All Region, Free Code
Disc Type : DVD5x8
Screen : 4:3
Audio : Ac3, 2.0
System : NTSC
Episodes : 1-70
Source (I realise its some chinese bootleg)

From this information given is it fair to say that this is the original Japanese version rather then the westernized version. My only clue is that it is only Japanese audio. Thanks.

OH FUCK shit yes Monty Python!

As for your question Sir Trivia I've not seen the series for the same reason.

Kuro; fag. Death Notes OPs and EDs are still good sounds to my ears. Must remember though, each his own cup of tea.

Couldn't stand not having anymore monster in my 'hands' so I've obtained a few more chapters and I'm almost done with the series. My headboard is a mess with TONS of video games and manga, anime as well but mostly games and MANGA, LOTs AND LOTS OF MANGA.

I need a bigger, yet cheap, bookcase.

ALL YOU EVER DO IS BRAG ABOUT THE MANGA YOU BUY, ALSO, WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU NEED TO WAIT THAT LONG TO READ SOMETHING AS SIMPLISTIC (YET AWESOME) AS YOTSUBA&!?!

AGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAG, YOU'RE A FUCKING MYSTERY TO ME!

Well, I'm enduring a fucking hurricane at the moment. Just marathoned a reasonable amount of Fist of the North Star, Ranma 1/2 and Black Lagoon, now I'm off to bed (although I can't get an ounce of fucking shut-eye due to the fucking weather).

I concur. 10 Quintillion, not only is your username too cumbersome for me to quote in this post, but zero of your twenty posts on record display adequate grammar. For these reasons, your application is rejected.

Ugh, didn't get ten seconds of sleep last night....

The hurricane's finally passed, so now the power's back on and I can relax by the fire with some shitty old weeaboo cartoons.

Too bad my fucking laptop isn't working properly...
