It can be written either way.

And you wrote it without an accent as well, so you'd be incorrect also.

Should've been in quote marks.

'Zazzier' isn't a word.

And I don't use accents on this board, because half the time they don't work.

GALACTUS, EATER OF WORLDS

I've always wondered how he can be defeated if he can eat worlds.

He must be like... A million times bigger than the people who fight him.

Cosmic energy or some bullshit.

I remember there was actually a story where a larger, more powerful being popped up and killed him with little effort.

He must be like... A million times bigger than the people who fight him.

He is 99.9% infinitely larger than anyone he does battle against.

Yet for some reason, he rarely seems to win.

Hey, guys.
Need some holiday shopping help.
I know it's not December yet, but we're KINDA close.

I was wondering what I should spend my Christmas money on? My parents usually just give me 100$ to spend on whatever.

So I was wondering what I should buy? Mangas, figurines, etc... ?
Is online shopping cheaper? Ya' know, that stuff.

That really depends on what you like.

I'd probably buy a game with any money I got for Christmas.

So I was wondering what I should buy? Mangas, figurines, etc... ?

Figurines always seemed pretty useless to me.

Unless you got a lot of them, then you could have a little collection/shrine.

And you could paint little backdrops and construct scenes for them.

Damn, I want some figurines now.

Is online shopping cheaper? Ya' know, that stuff.

It's probably a bit cheaper, but the selection's almost infinitely bigger.

Get assloads of stupid toys, they can provide minutes of awkward entertainment.

In all seriousness, get a figure of a character from one of your favourite shows. That's how I started collecting, and then it just built up until I ended up with like three shelves full of weird crap and a huge stack of empty boxes.

Is online shopping cheaper? Ya' know, that stuff.

Online shopping is almost always cheaper, especially if you're like me and have accounts on several sites for the purpose of getting a specific something for a low price.

I go to Robert's Anime Cornerstore for domestic DVDs and manga (got some nice statues from there too), Anime Wild for out of print DVDs and rare action figures, Hobby Link Japan for fresh from the factory toys and models (amazing prices, but very limited stock) and Discount Anime DVD for imports and boxsets.

A friend of mine loves doing it, and now that I've started collecting super-articulated figures again as opposed to statues, chances are I'll start doing that as well.

I'm totally fucking addicted to playing with my Revy action figure, the insane poseability provides hours of fun.

I should go find my soft toy Chikorita I won in a claw machine some time.

Yeah, kinda limits the potential lulz...

I own far too many useless toys, so the possibilities are infinite.

Hannibal Lecter versus Spiderman? Check.
John Hartigan versus Michelle Chan? Check.
Damn near every Star Wars character ever versus all of The Avengers? Check.

You heard wrong.

Blockbuster can be a little lacking in generosity when it comes to pricing new DVDs (usually list price or a few dollars higher), but their old retail discs and used stuff are cheap as balls.

Plus, rent to buy service ftw.

I finished Black Lagoon, as well as Gurren-Lagann. Finally, Gainax; YOU FIGURED IT OUT. IT TOOK YOU IDIOTS A DECADE, BUT YOU FIGURED OUT HOW TO MAKE A DECENT ANIME SERIES, AND NOT BUT FUCK IT UP! The ending was fucking sad. Especially since my favourite character died. Fucking moe aspects, they got me.

As for Black Lagoon. If you're not watching it now, you have 48 hours until you do or i'll fucking bomb your shitty house. Seriously, I'm officially convinced that Leigharch is the greatest minor character ever. JIMI HENDRIX TOLD HIM HE MUST DEFEAT THE KLINGONS!!! He's awesome. Chaka may be no Kakihara, but he's fucking as funny as him. Also, it's absolutely hilarious in 2nd barrage how the Seiyu switch from Japanese to English with overplayed accents. It's absolutely hysterical. Watch it.

Also, in JJBA news, fucking Hiro Nakamura pulls a Dio by saying mudamudamudamudamudamuda in Heroes. FANTASTIC SHOW WATCH NOW!!!!

FUCKING JEAN-LUC, FUCKING STAR TREK

Leigharch is the coolest crack fiend in TV history.

Josh Phillips in the dub, plox.

Fun fact: The manga does not suffer this problem, its use of English is almost perfectly grammatically correct.

Rei Hiroe is a genius.

The use of English in the anime is correct enough, it's the fact that the characters sound ridiculous speaking English in their monotonous, accent heavy voices that makes it funny.

As if the Japanese version of Black Lagoon wasn't mediocre enough to begin with...

It is literally one of the few shows I have to say only really works in English, the acting is hit-and-miss from the original cast (Revy doesn't sound intense enough) and the logic of using Japanese voices for the majority of the series (despite the hugely varied cast) and then throwing ludicrous sounding English into the mix is flawed beyond comprehension.

It was fine in Japanese, some of the voices were quite good.
