I highly doubt the 2nd season of Haruhi will start airing in 2007. Kyoto Animation will be concentrating on the new series called "Clannad" and the first episode is scheduled to be release around october or so(If not mistaken). They might be saving haruhi for 2008. Of course, this is all just an assumption. Keep our fingers crossed!
