Yes, but it's changed now. Three questions...
1. Five favourite anime and a sentence or two about each.
2. What kind of anime do you dislike?
3. What got you into anime?
Alright then, on to the list:
1. Neon Genesis Evangelion:
*prepares for the flame horde* Alright, so some of you might not like it, but I do. I got a small taste of this anime in my early years, and was at first perplexed. Then I got older, and saw it again. It basically had everything I sought for (back then), romance, action, science/religious integration, kick-ass mecha, etc. Also, it was one of the first to pop my virgin anime cherry (my VERY VERY first one was Sailor Moon, mind you).

2. Fruits Basket:
At first, this didn't appeal to me, but one of my dear friends lent me the 1st manga to read during school. Then I got hooked. It was like a drama, comedy, and tragedy had an orgasmic 3some with each other. It left a memory so bold that I was too much of an emotional guy to see the last 3 episodes.
even the theme song gives me memories to cry about
3. Ouran High School Host Club
Another friend recommendation. I fell in love with this story at first glance. Some of you may start flaming that it's just another generic harem about some girl with a group of guys, but that's not how i viewed it. It's lovely comedy (and shonen-ai) gripped me
lol, gay bar
4. Death Note
Again, another recommendation. Nice character representation, and an odd story line that I've hadn't seen in a while. I'm still on the 2nd chapter, so I can't say that much about it.
why can't L and kira get along? a little yaoi would do the trick :P
5. Gravitation/Legal Drug/Absolute Boyfriend
*haha 3 yaois* Nothing much to say but a comedic storyline mixed with a proportion of drama.
i like yaoi. i like it a lot.
6. Mezzo Forte
It's an offshoot of the Mezzo OVA (yes the hentai filled one), but it still does a good job of following the story line. Think of it as McGuyver wrapped up in a cute 18 y.o. package.
Truthfully, there really isn't a type of anime that I wouldn't watch. I'd give all anime a chance. Unless, it was badly dubbed, or tries to be an anime, but fails to be one (anyone here like amerime?).
Lastly, it was my first sight of Sailor Moon that got me into anime. Its distinctive style stuck out from all the other shows that I watched, and I simply fell in love with it.
