Yep. It sucks that Betterman pics are so hard to find with a quick search. Most are small sized DVD cover pics or Hinoki. Also 'Betterman' improves erections.

I was planning to rent as much Urusei Yatsura as possible from Netflix, but I'm not sure what order to watch it in. They have the 50-volume TV series, all 6 movies, and the 6-volume OVA series. I had originally thought to watch the OVA first, but realized that it actually comes later in the storyline.

It is just part of the interview process that me and the NG/A/ 'Mods' are planning to use in place of the old "Ten Anime Titles" entry requirement.

I believe that it would get to know the newcomers easier and therefore be a more effective initial screening process (to know who is fit to join and who is better off told to GTFO).

That was the old method of qualification of entry, but we decided that it proved nothing and it led to some 'unwelcome' intrusions.

Instead, a brief logged interview was the more effective method when it came to screening newcomers so we know if they were trouble or not.

Of course, the better-planned individuals which want to enter with bad intent does not stop us from kicking them out even after they finish the initial screening. And that is a small portion of the 'real test' I am referring to.
