In general, anything with a good story, and not too much filler.

I'm mostly getting into a lot of Shounen-Ai (hence the Ouran and Gakuen Heaven titles on my list...) recently, with the rest of my current favorites being random suggestions from friends.

I like having the hero come back stronger and start owning. Though in Bleach Ichigo kind of hit a road block..in the form of the Espada. So far he hasn't been able to over come that obstacle, even after training and getting new Hollow abilities...he kind of did worse, cus he was beaten by the same guy, but the second time the guy didn't have one of his arms, and still kicked Ichigo's ass.

I am not surprised, since Movies and short OVAs have a much more delicate time balance than a typical TV run, so it ends up being significantly compressed in terms of events to show what needs to be shown and without the extra gags (filler in a lower-scale sense).

That is, of course, if the series is not intended to be comedy.

Who cares? There are plenty more characters known for awesome swords such as Zengar Zombolt (Zankantou), Kabuto Kyoji (Final Kaiser Blade) and even King Bradley (multiple unnamed rapiers).

No, actually... Surprisingly enough, I hardly even watch Naruto. The bits of it that I do watch is an occasional episode of the dubbed crap when I'm trying to catch an after-school nap, and the TV lands on CN.

It seems like an interesting show, but much like the other animes that I would like to start watching, I simply have no time. It sucks... =(
