Alrighty. Who thinks we should get rid of the 10 anime/choose a character requiremen to join?
We should keep it. Don't all "clubs" need some type of requirement/way to join? I like the choosing a character thing...though it is probably the part that is least necessary and causes the most confusion. I mean, there are lots of animes on tv, and probably any anime fan could think of 10 they've at least scene if they stop to think about it. I mean DBZ, Pokemon, Yugioh....3 easy ones that probably everyone has scene.
So I don't think we should take anything away from the joining process.
We could maybe have like a probabtionary period of a week/10 pages...or whatever...and then decide if they can join. That may be too much work/hastle and telling someone after a week they can't join might not go well. Akatuski probably wouldn't be a member if that rule was in effect, cus bad starts can ruin a person's chances of joining/becoming a good poster.
Or we could ask someone to tell their history with anime, which has to include their 10 favorite animes and character they most liked. The gender thing maybe can be changed...cus if someone want to be a girl..that's ok...cus there are some cool anime girls, like Excel Excel or Lina Inverse or Akane that some guy's might not mind being.
