Unless you've got a pratical use for it (like I mean besides just leisure), don't bother with it. I tried to learn it and soon realized I'd never really need it in day-to-day life.

Not just a store, but it is the name of a chain of stores nationwide that specialise in character goods, manga, anime, games, doujinshi, drawing tools and so forth. I personally like their wide selection of pen-tips and screen tone when making my own (despite its name, the brand "Deleter" is the one I recommend if one is seeking for good quality paper and screen tone.

Yes, because they are sparsely illustrated, so buying them in Japanese is useless. The fan-translations are sadly text-only word documents, so it ruins the fun.
