Rule are rules, do not question them.

At 7 words, people couldn't just reply with short answers like "yes" or "no". Also it stops people from asking "what animes are everybody watching?" without elaborating. It also makes people who want to give short answers have to multi-quote other people instead of multi-posting.

"Can I join" should be the first and last time a post is under 7 words.

Anyhoo, I watched Mezzo Forte (the director's cut version) today. Fucking amazing OVA, a solid 10 in my books.

The director's cut is avoidable, though, just tacks on some hardcore sex scenes that don't serve any purpose plotwise.

Now I must grab Mezzo DSA, the local record shop has the complete series for $44.

I've got about three OVAs and a few movies I need to add to my list, but they don't have them on the database.

Man, I'm really hoping to get out of town for March Break. If I can get to Halifax, I get the chance to head to Strange Adventures, the best fucking store ever.

Back in the 90s, it was the province's anime/manga mecca (especially Viz stuff, loads of Ranma 1/2) and to this day it's stock (both domestic and import) rules my eyes out. Plus, there's their March Break sale to look foward to, as well as getting to see Cal again.

I've noticed as well. They had some sort of bug in their system a while back and I'm going to guess it might have something to do with that.

Well, I am a DB moderator there. I'm lazy, though. There's a thread in the support section where you can request changes to the anime database. There is also one for the character database. If you leave a request (with as much info as you can include, please), one of us will get around to it.
