Yep, they do, they just fail at it.

All I knew from past visits to Australia is that they were but a food convenience store (if I remember correctly).

My last DVD order was cancelled because the discs went out of print the week before my payment was verified (I managed to get most of the discs I wanted for my birthday, plus a few extras, thanks to the internets), and my friend's Naruto DVDs got lost in the mail(eighty-six bucks well spent, and thankfully refunded).

That certainly calls for a D-colon (or equals symbol) huh...

Bandai, and the cast is very questionable.

Crispin Freeman as Kyon? Wendee Lee as Haruhi?

I can't help but think of Alucard and Faye when I think Freeman and Lee. I don't see this working.

I don't live in Austrailia, "Sydney, N.S." is also a city in Canada. Sorry for the confusion.

Never heard of them. Personally, they could have done the dubbing in the same way they cased Lynn Minmay (Macross) by using the same Seiyu for both languages, but no...

No need, I was vague in defining my location. Sydney is in New South Wales, which is similar in acronym to Nova Scotia.

It would make more sense now, given that the Coles I know in Australia is significantly inferior to the one you refer to.
