Truer words have never been spoken, hentai is really not something for casual viewing, it requires a certain level of tolerance for offensive strangeness. I'm a fan, but I'm incredibly selective of what H-mangas I read and which OVAs I watch, I'm in no mood to end up stuck with DBZ rape porn or whatever other horrors the hentai communituy can produce.

I enjoyed reading 'Under the Glass Moon' and 'Descendants of Darkness'. Also, 'Hikaru No Go' is an excelent manga too. Both Descendants of Darkness and Hikaru No Go[I'm sure you are aware of the last one] are animes as well. The manga Cowboy Bebop: Shooting Star was awesome too, not to mention it's style was crisp too boot. A.I. Love you is another great read and so is Chobits if you've not read those yet.

Despite the criticism it gets from old school Gundam fans, I thought that Gundam SEED was a great anime. The Gundam SEED that I watched wasn't the edited Toonami version, The Gundam SEED I watched was YTV's uncut version which featured almost everything from the original Japanese version.

It only airs in the Philippines now. ABS-CBN's cable anime channel Hero TV shows Gundam SEED every Wednesdays at 2:30 pm and 11:00 pm. It's also part of Hero TV's Midnight Run on Thursdays at 1:30 am. It's also part of Cartoon Network Philippines' adult swim block and is shown every Saturday & Sunday at 10:30 pm. As for the DVDs, Try Best Buy.

Yep, Youtube has lower quality and it's just gay if some ppl put up a good fansub which they didn't even sub, just to get some attention.

Did you happen to read some of the manga first? and if you did did the anime lose some of the feel of the manga or is it still just as good. (I don't feel like watching the anime until I get farther into the manga.
