Would you happen to be a chrono crusade fan LLStarks? I think chrono is alright but i dislike rosetta. the story seems a bit thin and i think putting spirits in bullets is a lame idea.
i like the artwork better in the manga as chrono doesn't look like a kid and his hair has nicer shading.
and BTW my 19th birthday sucked.

After I watched it I thought I had just watched the most generic "team fighters" anime I've seen in a long time. A whole lot like geobreeders in just in a different way.

Tetsuwan Atom(Astro Boy) was the first anime that ever aired on television in Japan, so I'll assume that would be the most obvious answer.

huh i would've thought gigantor
I've used pozzum or Teh_pozzum on every thing me and my friends all play mmo's and we decided to "kind of" make a clan so we have Teh_Fawks Teh_pozzum Teh_Jakkal Teh_pengwin as the main ones and a couple others that are unofficial. That was really off topic.
I'm whatching bobo bo and I was wondering if anywhere else they have that on basic cable. (random question)
Has anyone seen the trailer for the full metal alchmist movie it looks so good ad actually has a time frame of when it happend in the show.

I've actually seen the film, I will warn you, it's a bit of a mixed bag plotwise. I've heard a lot of negative criticism about it, I found very good, but I have infamously weird taste in films and I usually love any movie that takes place during the rise of the Nazis. I have no idea why, being Jewish and all.
I still can't believe my name is on the userlist. It's been a long time since I've been here. I was surprised at how big my manga collection has gotten since I was 16. I went from 1 to 425 now. Most of them I got for free, and none of them or magazines. I've been slowly getting into Anime, but only Anime that is original, which is somewhat hard to find. I picked up Requiem From The Darkness a couple of months ago, the story is dark, the animation is great, and the characters are unique. It's based off of an old novel in Japan. It's very good, it has to do with the darkness of people's souls. One episode that caught me off guard is where a daughter of a samurai begs him to kill his wife, so he does, and she ends up becoming his...hard to explain. You'd have to see it yourself. Quite good.

I've got Negima 1-11, all the Love Hinas and all the Psychic Academys. Those are good, the story and art is up there. Deathnote, I heard good things about it. 27 though, not bad.

They both aired in the same year only that Astro Boy aired at the first day of the year 1963, Tetsujin 28 aired towards the end of October in that same year. None the less, they are Legendary Anime.

That's how Astro Boy started out as well. The repetitiveness cuts back on production costs. See, if you anime 28 additional frames it will cost you more where as if you use the same frame or background over and over you save money.
If you enjoy old school anime there is a great tribute towards them here. So good I favorited it myself.

I would have alot more than 27, but i have to buy all of them....i havent come across any free mangas yet. I keep my eyes open, though.

I have a lot of rare manga that has been translated into English luckily that you wouldn't find in just stores. If you want to find the really good stuff, go to half price book stores or just old book stores. There was this one time where I went into one and bought 40 (About ten were in the $15 range at one point) for only $40. They were all on clearance and in great condition. Here's a couple of pictures of what my manga collection looked like last month. Pic 1 and Pic 2. You have any questions about reccomendations, be sure to ask.

That reminds me, you can just watch all the episodes of Negima on youtube. Watch it Japanese with subtitles, in my opinion, the dubbing of this show is horrible.

I've read them all. About over ten times or probably more. I won't really get tired of them, and since I bought them, I can't really get rid of them anyways. I was once hard up for money so I decided to bring about 40 books that I wasn't interested in at that point to a half price book store, they wanted a $1 for each of them. I wasn't going to go for it. What can I say, I like to read, people wouldn't expect a huge collection from a black dude. But don't get me wrong, I do more than read manga though, I'm learning Japanese, at least trying to, and I mostly write lyrics or stories or so on.
