I was about six when I got into anime, Dragonball was what hooked me, and at ten I got my first glimpse of Macross Plus and have been a hardcore otaku ever since.

Dragonball Z and Sailor Moon were the first two anime series I saw, back when Cartoon Network created Toonami. Without that, I wouldn't be the Otaku/Japanophile I am today.

Okay guys... After seeing how successful the Wiki idea has become, I've decided it's time for phase 2.

Let's face it, the current Wiki (SeedWiki format) is fugly and somewhat hard to edit... It's time to move to a more friendly (and familiar format). I am pleased to announce that over the next day or two, I will be migrating the Wiki to the MediaWiki format (the same style as Wikipedia).

Trust me, everything will be alot more organized and it will be more suited for future expansion.

I don't remember how old i was but i remember my first anime was either Sailor Monn or Gundam wing, they both just happened to be on YTV during the general time i would watch tv (around dinner) and i had no clue what anime was just that they were on tv :P

I have lot's of anime collections, Evangelion, Ruroni Kenshin, RahXephon, Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi, and some other stuff.

I should finish watching RahXephon, for some reason I only watched a couple of the DVD's :o

Anyways, after watching a couple DVD's of Excel Saga. I think bobob-bobob-bobo or w/e the hell it's called is (almost)like, a total copy of it, just more kid friendly(at least the one I saw on TV was).

Well both of the shows just make fun of old animes and tv shows. Though if you like those random animes, then FLCL would be up your ally (unless you've seen it). I also highly recommend Slayers, it is really funny and there is some wacky unexpected things....especially in the movies and OVAs.

God, Slayers kicked serious ass. I still haven't got my VHS of the last four episodes back....that bastard said he'd bring it when he came to visit and fucking forgot. Then he said he's mail it and I have yet to even hear back from him. Grrrrrrr!!!!!!!!

Did you watch them on a spanish Animax? If ya did, I did the same thing while I was in Colombia. Pita is cute. :S Other ones on that Animax in Spanish was Wild Striker/Hungry Heart (Soccer), Prince of Tennis, "Serpiente Boomerang?! No puede ser!" Noir, Vandread 2nd Stage, Inital D, Trigun, FullMetal Alchemist, Hunter x Hunter, some other Soccer anime, Getbackers, and I think Sing-chan I think it was called. :O It was great, despite it being in spanish and all.

Roffle. I spent some time browsing the On Demand thing for Comcast, and have started watching the Ghost Stories and Mythical Detective Loki series. Figured I should hurry and do that since Lost Universe has like five episodes left before the end and FMP has like ten, so I have something to watch when those are done.

ghost stories is pretty good and so is loki, have you watched jing king of bandits thats also good, you should watch some of the music videos on bento beat box, just recently they where playing ready steady go, the theme of full metal alchemist, I think I saw the last episode of slayers next. good series.

I just finished watching Blood+ series its a great series its more of action.

The begining might be boring (two first episodes) But after that its all good
