for the two new guys above me, you need to list your five favorite anime/manga and pick a character from a anime/manga to represent you. after thats done, then you're in unless the character name is taken.
Yeah, I'm thinking I'm back.

No, it all depends on your taste. 12 ounce mouse is one of the funniest fucking shows i've ever seen, and other shows that seem to make little sense, and seem to switch from one scene to the next, like Perfect Hair Forever, appeal to me as well. You just have a different taste in shows than other people, just because you hate something, doesn't mean a whole lot of other people do.
Aaaaargh!

helping you move out a house? thats kinda above my power so good luck finding some help.
damn, i see LL came back briefly, wazzup man.
Yeah, I'm thinking I'm back.
I finally started watching Bubblegum Crisis and I think it's pretty cool so far. I never considered it before, but my mom made a good call buying it for me for Christmas. I hope to get the whole series.
Last night, I finished watching Outlaw Star and there was an entire episode that never aired on Cartoon Network. I think it was called "Hot Spring Planet Tenrei". It's obvious to me why they cut it. It was very risque....actually, it had bare tits even though the show only got a 13+ rating. That confused me. Maybe because they were Aisha's, who was a Ctarl Ctarl? (SP?)
I also read the first half of that Berserk manga I got. It's really fucking violent, which is what I expected. I flipped ahead to a page I haven't read yet and saw Guts....

I'm real curious about that!

Get the whole series. You'll be surprised how it all turns out, it will throw you for a loop or two. Not only that but there are a couple of prequels and sequel like movies that go along with that series, look out for them, I can't remember the name of them though.
Still original, creative & innovative, most known unknown.

Oh, I will eventually. I have to wait for my allowance to start again (it's suspended for the holidays each year)That's all I have for now until I look for a job near the end of the school year. I forgot to mention I didn't get the original. I got Tokyo 2040.

That's the very good one to start with. If you watch that one first, the thought of getting the prequel should rise, along with the sequel. I'm usually in protest in getting Anime over Manga, but when it comes to Bubblegum Crisis and Blue Seed, I'll break my pockets for those.

Buy a couple of Manga. You can carry 1 or 2 with you at all times. That should hold you over until you're done moving.
Sorry Mutant_Busterjr, but the NG Mafia doesn't see a reason to let you in. However, I believe we're willing to call a truce.
In other news, it seems AZN TV, formerly International Channel, is weening itself off of anime. Since this is the only channel I watch that is exclusively on cable TV, I might switch to satellite to get channels like G4 and the Game Show Network.

In a little pouch too, that way it would not be too obvious. Heck, I kept a couple with me during the longer train/bus rides during my vacation in Japan (And to-be country where I would be studying in).
After reading 11 Mangas, these are my most favourite ones:
Battle Angel Alita
Rurouni Kenshin
Saiyuki
Shaman KIng
.Hack//Legend of The Twilight
Gundam SEED
Crest of The Stars
Negima!

While I'm on the subject, I can't believe I didn't realize Fred Lowe was gay! I know I was younger the last time I saw it and most of the hints were cut out for Cartoon Network, but It still seems so obvious to me, now. I guessed it as soon as Jim made the "you don't have to worry, you're a woman" comment to Melphina, and I'm pretty sure that part was never cut.

The original is 8 episodes, right? And does Parasite Dolls have anything to do with Bubblegum Crisis? I noticed boomers being brought up in the trailer.
Speaking of which, I found out something interesting when reading the credits. Kelly Manison, (Linna) Christine M Auten, (Priss) Hillary Haag, (Nene) Jason Douglas, (Leon) John Gremillion, (Nigel) and Spike Spencer (Maki) are all voice actors in the show! Also in the show was John Swasey, who apparently played some guy named Quincy. This is interesting to me because they were all in Sorcerous Stabber Orphen, which I think some of you have already realized is one of my favorite shows. Spencer did the voice of Majic,Swasey played Volcan, Haag did Dorton, Manison was Cleo's sister, Mariabelle, Auten did Azalie, Gremillion was Rox Roe, and Douglas played Childman. What are the odds of that?!

Yeah, I think that's one of the sequels. The original should have more than eight. I remember like seeing 24 of them before the show got cut off from the channel I was watching
Speaking of which, long list of names
A wierd coincidence to say the least, very interesting find.

I finished watching the first 62 episodes of Bleach out and got the manga also. It is a really great anime, now my second favorite. All the characters look really cool, especially Hitsugaya, Renji, and basically every form of Ichigo. It is funny how Ichigo got his sword cut apart twice! One thing I found wierd though was that sometimes it would seem a character would die...even having a whole episode devoted as a flashback...and then they would be healed. Renji cam back twice, and that last time he was fricken splattered. It seems that none of the characters (besides those countless official people) have been killed.
Yay! This weekend i get to go get some more Samurai Champloo!!!
I say, Mahoromatic is a pretty decent series granted that I've only viewed the first 13 episodes but it's grand none the less. If you are a fan of fan service and/or brief nudity, young girls and bad ass android fights then this series is a good one for you.
Oh, and I've got a replica of Inuyasha's neclace around my neck. Nice one too, imported from China.
I'd say 'Hey Wonko, why don't you stop by backwater, Georgia?' but he's already having fun.
